Default location since it is right across the street from work and beats driving through downtown for food. Employees are friendly but that’s about all they have going for them. They show their pickup and order metrics at the drive through window. The metrics are always in the red. Slow service and seemingly always I correct orders. Either they don’t remove/add requested items or they put the total wrong item in your bag.

The food is the same as any taco bell, but typically you get distracted teenagers serving you which leads to them getting your order wrong EVERYTIME! My family and I have gone there over 30 times throughout the extent of our memories and we have kept note that they have only gotten our order right once. Once. The building is always freezing, take that either way you want. It can be good for hot summer days but on a chilly fall day it is killer.

Your typical Taco Bell. They usually get the orders right, even in the drive through. Dining area and bathrooms are usually fairly clean as well. Sometimes the employees get a little short or rude sounding.

Stopped here on the way through from CO to IL… it was lunch time, I expected it to be busy, it was surprsingly not. HOWEVER, it did take over 10 minutes to get our food. I swear, that is the longest wait for«fast» food I’ve ever, ever had! No compensation either. Blah. Unacceptable!
