I agree with the previous reviewer. Horrible CS. I was in tonight, and Trista(according to the name on my receipt) was working the register. I was using a Hy-Vee fuel saver on my keychain and so I had to scan it inside. I asked her if I could fill up first and then come in and pay. She said not to drive off, as they would call the po po if I did that. Seriously?! Not that it matters, but I was dressed professionally and definitely wouldn’t fit the stereotype of someone who would do that. I was very turned off. I got gas there today, but I guarantee I won’t be back. I hope management is reviewing these pages, as obviously there is much needed employee training.

I am sooooooo sad! I used to go in there every morning for my coffee/soda. I gave up soda, and now I have a keurig, but the yesterday I went in for a red bull and the staff is TERRIBLE! Who killed customer service??? I paid with a credit card and politely with a please asked the cashier to throw away my receipt and instead of just doing it kindly, she pointed me to a trash by the door. REALLY?!? Not only that she was out front smoking when I pulled up, because that is exactly what I want to see when I visit a business. Bring back the old staff and I will return, or find people who want to treat your customers with some common courtesy and I will return, otherwise, I will drive the extra mile to the station down the road!!!
