Pizza Hut

I give them zero stars. Just tonight a prime example
Of their lack of care, delivery and overall quality. We ordered a pizza using online app. Received email and saw it in progress. This was approx 7:05pm. Estimated delivery time 7:50. At 8:30 (knowing they always run 30+ minutes late at this location we started to get curiouser. Called upto 9:00 without answer. So not only did we pay for the pizza using a credit card online but they wouldn’t even answer the phone for the last 30 minutes they were open. It rang went to automatic hold and no one answered. I understand the quality of product being a small box fast pizza but to buy dinner that never shows up is ridiculous. So now I am leaving to find something open at 9pm probably Mac D unfortunately for my family so they can have something for dinner tonight. If this was the first issue I had with them would not be writing this type of review but this is just issue time and time over. Stay away from this Pizza Hut !!!
