Had to get a part ordered on saturday from them which is okay and told it was supposed to be there between tuesday and thursday (3 — 5 buisness days) called wednesday to see if it was there and said between thursday and saturday cant use my phone for anything for a week called thurday and wasnt there and was the guy was kinda rude. Very unsatisfied and still waiting.

My sister had put up with a cracked screen on her iPhone 4 for quite awhile, so I got her a gift certificate for Christmas to get it replaced. PhoneFix USA replaced her screen in less than 30 minutes and did a quality job. Thanks. And I confirm that they are NOT closed!
