Sales help was nowhere to be found and the customer service desk was vague and unhelpful. I eventually found someone a few sections over and they still were unhelpful and walked away before I could ask them to call the section help. After finding the products I was looking for (on my own thank you very much), the brand I use wasn’t available. Very disappointing.

customer service is lacking, the employees seemed to be annoyed that I asked a question. I will drive the extra couple of miles to go to home depot or lowes.
