Little King Deli & Subs

I honestly don’t know what happened to my family’s favorite little sandwich shop. We’ve been coming here for 20 years+, and have always had amazing service. I work nearby and used to come in on a weekly basis. After today’s experience, I’m not sure I’ll be back.
Service was extremely slow. There was only one pair of gloves in the shop, which meant the other person working just stood there for the 15 minutes it took us to order our lunch. The staff was apparently new, because they weren’t familiar with the menu. There were 5 bags of chips in the restaurant in total. They said they were running low on meat and cheese, and looked to be out of bread at noon (which was hard… Nothing like the bread that they used to service, and honestly, the one reason we kept coming back). I understand that the shop has new management, but you’d think that service would improve, not go down-​hill.
It’s very unfortunate. If their service doesn’t change, I honestly can’t see this shop staying open much longer.
