Lincoln Automotive Center

I’ve been going to Lincoln Automotive for about 10 years. I find their services to be friendly, accurate, and affordable. For instance I brought my ’04 Highlander in for an oil leak, and they said only the front valve cover was leaking, not the rear, so they saved me a great deal of money by not doing unnecessary work. They will take you home and pick you up while your car is being worked on. Ray A.

do not take your car here. .they buy parts and do not pay their vendors… customers are paying for their repairs but the vendors supplying your parts are not getting paid… that is BAD BUSINESS

I stopped by Lincoln Automotive because I wanted to get my brakes inspected, and I was also due for an oil change. The gal I spoke with was very nice, but she could not quote me a price for either brakes or an oil change for synthetic oil. Apparently only the mechanics could provide a quote, and they were at lunch. Mind you, they were at lunch in an open room, right next to the front office (I could see them sitting there, and one was able to holler out to her that they could not do an oil change that same day) but they couldn’t be proactive enough to take a minute to tell me –even if ballpark– what it would cost for a synthetic oil change or brake pads for my car. What I was told by the gal in the front office was that it would be a $ 98 charge for them to inspect my brakes. When I asked if that fee could then be applied towards any subsequent brake work I was told that it could not. Hello!!! $ 98 just to take the wheels off and tell me whether or not I even actually needed any brake work!!! So, she took my name and number and was pretty specific that I’d receive a call from a mechanic by the end of that same day. The call never came. I ended up turning to Unilocal to find another shop in Lincoln, but the only ones listed didn’t have any reviews. I broadened my horizons to Roseville and Unilocal gave me a couple of shops with a couple of reviews. I ended up at Scotty’s Automotive in Rocklin and they seem like a stand up shop. Lincoln Automotive could take some lessons from Tom at Scotty’s Automotive as far as customer relations go. Sorry I can’t actually review the SERVICE at Lincoln Automotive… but they simply didn’t seem to have any interest in giving me the opportunity to actually become a customer.
