I attempted to book a friends’ birthday celebration with this company over a month in advance. When I tried to follow up with the «co-​owner» (spoke to Nancy) to change the time (by 2 hours) I was told the owner was not in and I would have to call back later. Three phone calls later, I finally got Nancy back on the phone and she said I was unable to change my reservation (at all) and that I could get $ 100 back from my $ 600 deposit. NEVER work with this company. Simply put, they are bad people…
