Good Mexican food. Great service. Always nice and clean. Food comes out fast. When you order to-go they give you a butt load of chips.

Not my favorite. Margaritas just okay. Understaffed and slow. Chips and salsa good. Enchilada was okay. Handy location. Haiku review.

My family stopped in after driving by for months. The restaurant is surprisingly big and was fairly busy. The service was ok and the food was decent. The prices are about right. Overall, a decent meal at a decent price.

My husband and I have eaten here twice in the last 2-months on Sundays. Service was very fast, friendly service(same waiter each time). Meals are large so you can easily split one. Do beware if you are a vegetarian make sure your order is correct before taking a bite. I had to send mine back — had to wait for the correct order. Food was good

I had a great pork dish. The pork was super tender and the chili it was cooked in was awesome. Servers were very attentive. My only complaint is that it is too dark in the restaurant. Turn up the lights.

Came here Saturday night at 6pm craving some white queso dip. We ordered the dip, a few drinks and a quesadilla for our son. Our waiters demeanor immediately changed after we only ordered cheese dip. He came about 3 times asking if we needed anything else or wanted our bill. When the bill did come he practically threw the receipt and pen on the table. We realized it was a Saturday evening, however there were more than enough open tables and we were out of there in about 40 minutes if not less. Incredibly disappointed in the way we were treated.

I tried the chicken fajitas here and they were pretty solid. Chips and salsa were also pretty good and fresh tasting. Unfortunately, the margarita here is awful. If your name is Las Margaritas you should make a good margarita!

My husband enjoyed the Colorado Burrito on special for $ 8.00, I however ordered fish tacos and the fish was dry and over-cooked. Margarita was good though!

The absolute go-to Mexican restaurant in Lincoln! I always come in when I am home from school and am never disappointed. First off, if you are going to be named«Las margaritas» your margaritas better be muy deliciosa… and they are! My mother and I always stop in for some chips, salsa and margaritas when we want to catch-up with each other. Now, the chips and salsa are fantastic! I am a huge salsa snob and their picante spicy is fantastic! I always go through at least of bowl of that salsa with the chips and my meal. The main course I usually get is the chicken chimichanga and it is fantastic! The meat is perfect inside, the shell is perfectly fried and the touches of guac, sour cream, and pico de gallo on top make it fantastic! Another meal I typically get is the chicken in mole. Anyone who knows about mole knows it is either VERY hit or miss. I gauge a new Mexican restaurant by their mole dish… and their mole is fantastic! Hints of chocolate and super savory with the chicken, a perfect combination. Pollo a la crema is another popular dish my family regularly gets that I definitely recommend. It is a nice creamy sauce with mushrooms and onions with perfectly cooked chicken. Overall, every meal I have had at Las Margaritas has been a great, delicious experience. I really appreciate the service! They are incredibly friendly, nice, and very attentive to their table. I usually order in Spanish while I’m there and they really appreciate it and love to chat with me throughout the meal. Nebraska boy puede hablar español :) Las Margaritas is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Lincoln. At the very least, stop by for a margaritas and some chips with salsa, you won’t be disappointed!

Way over priced! Food it’s bland and flavor less. Service s horrible! Never checked on us had to flag some one down when ever we wanted something and the hosts were the worst they were running around laughing and very unprofessional… not impressed.

I thought my husband and I would try this place out since it had good reviews. But, the food was horrible. It was bland, there was no spice or taste to it. I felt like it came out of a can. The service was horrible too. The waiter never asked us if we liked our food. He never checked in on us once. We had to flag someone down to get a water refill. The restaurant was not that busy, so we were unsure as to why our waiter never checked in with us. We won’t be going back… ever!

This a good place to go for a casual, satisfying lunch or dinner. The salsa is good, but not great, and the Deluxe Manadero Burrito is my go-to.

Just your regular mid-range chain mexican restaurant. You know what to expect cause you’ve been to a million places like it.

Actually, surprisingly not bad. The portions are huge, the prices are good and the food is pretty darned delicious. I had the chicken mole and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. They have an extensive menu with some unique offerings that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The service was good and food came out very fast. I am not from the area so I may not get a chance to return but if I was in town and someone suggested it, I would be on board.

This place is clean, affordable, friendly, and you won’t starve. But the food is flavorless. The margaritas were an exception: they were so sweet I could barely stand them. They tasted like bottled mix, where every ingredient is high-fructose corn-syrup. Yick. The chips and salsa were just okay. The mild sauce was undetectable, the spicy sauce mild. Both tasted like something from a jar. For the main dish, I got the guacamole grilled-steak tacos, which looked fantastic. After tasting them, however, I can provide you the recipe: Take a steak. Don’t marinate. Don’t salt. Don’t pepper. Don’t season in any way. Torch until well-done. Cut up into little dry pieces. Place those inside a taco shell with dry cilantro flakes. Serve inexcusably. I swear to you, every cheap drive-through taco chain’s greasy ground-beef taco I’ve ever had tasted better than this. Yes, they dripped with grease, but they had FLAVOR, by god. This food, regrettably, did not. The waiters seemed very nice and the service was good even though it was busy, so I just hate to give a poor review, but when I go out, I expect great food. This was not that.

Being raised on Mexican food, I’d come back again. The Fish taco’s were pretty and the Chili is not bad either.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Lincoln. The food is authentic Mexican and the menu offers a LOT of variety. The service is excellent. You can find nice selection of tequila, so you can concoct your own margarita. The décor is modern yet relaxing. There is outdoor seating as well. You will find me here on a regular basis.

In comparison to other Morales family restaurants(La Mexicana, El Toro, Mazatlan etc) this isn’t my favorite. That being said, I am a fan of their network of restaurants and appreciate that each one has its own flare. I’ve been to Las Margaritas 3 times, usually because I’m out shopping in this area. The ingredients are of good quality, but I find it a bit boring and bland compared to their other restaurants. Perhaps it’s been toned down for a different clientele out here? I’m not sure, but it is not as flavorful as the others. The last time I was here I had the veggie enchiladas. They had spinach, mushrooms, onions, cheese and enchilada sauce. It was all pretty bland, especially the enchilada sauce which is what I usually rave about with their restaurants. I am also a big fan of the Morales rice, but at Las Margaritas I’ve found it to be dry, and really lacking in flavor. The service is still pretty speedy and efficient like the other establishments, which is always a good thing. Bottom line: if you’re out this way go ahead and stop in. It’s definitely better than most of the chain restaurants you’ll find out here, but if you can try one of their others.
