I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they came out. I was not impressed with the cleanup of the mess. A mattress and box springs in my storage room was soaked on the bottom with rice and draino water. The mattresses were not moved and they remained sitting in the water. I will be having to toss the mattresses.

John Henry does an outstanding job. I have had them do numerous projects around my home. The technicians will often diagnose problems others have missed. They are polite, professional and clean up after themselves. The only downside is they are a little pricier than others. (for instance $ 300 to install a dishwasher) But I don’t mind paying a little more for such a professional job.

LOVE John Henry’s. They are always available when you need them and very customer oriented. We have had several technicians to our house and every one of them was very nice and helpful. I have called around and their hourly rate is less than most but that doesn’t mean that their service is less. They are top notch!

I received a call from John Henry’s months later asking about the amount due on this account. After explaining the situation and clearing up issues from both sides, they offered a discount and explained the person responsible for the epic failure was no longer with the company. Thank you for owning up and moving forward. Lindsay was really polite and professional. I can’t imagine this happens all the time with these guys… perhaps it was just an isolated incident. I give them 4 stars, not for the work they did, but for the brass and integrity it takes to accept responsibility and to make things right. I respect that!
