After posting my negative review, I was contacted by Jiffy Lube headquarters. I was then contacted by the shop manager who listened to my complaint, and then asked what I felt should be changed. As a result, he ordered a refund of $ 32, which I felt was fair for the services. Today I received a $ 32 check. Unfortunate I had to go this route, but glad if was fruitful and that the company did respond as they did.

They did a great job changing my oil because they didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive kind. They explained all the pros and cons, and that I COULD choose the cheaper one. I did. It was a great education about oil and I left happy, not feeling victimized! I’ll go back!

My headlight burnt out one night. After trying to put a new bulb in myself, it was recommended that I should go to Jiffy Lube. I drove up and in less than 30 minutes, I had two new headlights in my car.
The guys did a great job even though it was a little tricky. If I ever need my headlights changed again, I will go to Jiffy Lube.
