If I could give zero stars I would! Every time my family eats here, they forget items, make them wrong, and food is never hot or fresh. Lincoln is limited to where you can eat fast food so this being the only Jack in the box nearby really sucks! I recommend requesting your food be cooked fresh(I.e. Your fries) and check your order before leaving the drive thru! Good Luck!

I like places that are open 24 hours especially since I have worked swing hours or me and some buddies want a convenient after drinking restaurant that we can swing through and grab a quick bite. I’m especially partial to the jalapeño poppers and will sometimes just get those. This location is pretty clean and has great friendly service. There is a wide range of menu items. Breakfast is served all day so you can have your breakfast fix anytime you want it.

Went there a few days ago at 5am with a few friends. We were all a little indecisive and had a bunch of coupons we were trying to figure out how they worked. Unintentionally, we took 9 minutes to order. Nearing the end of ordering, the employee says«You have 1* minute until the computer will erase your entire order.» We get to the window and he hands is our order after we all pay and use our coupons. No receipt. Missing an order of eggrolls and medium curly fries. We go back around and he hands us the eggrolls immediately, but did not say anything about the medium sized curly fries. We ask if we can order another thing of medium sized curly fries, since we had no way of proving that we did not order them last time because he gave us no receipt. He says exactly, «No. You cannot order here again because you took 9 minutes to order last time.» It took us 9 minutes to order and you STILL couldn’t get an order right??! LOLWOW how hard is your minimum-wage job? We go through again to place another order and he says«Go ahead.» Terrible customer service. You can tell this guy hates his job. We complete our order, get to the window and pay. Still no receipt and messes up that order as well. There are so many people I know who need and deserve a job, but yet managers are still hiring people who don’t even want the job…

I came here tonight spent 7 bucks on something I can’t even call food. It was a grilled chicken sandwich. When I bit into it, the sandwich tasted absolutely disgusting. The so called«chicken» was so chewy it was not edible. I will most likely never return to this location because of this experience.

I think some of the staff is nice, really friendly… However, there is some management that needs to change their attitude. Also whenever i go in and order my sandwich, they NEVER get is correct. I get home and check and i am always mad. They also don’t have a correct phone number. The one on this site is wrong. They need to get with it.

Always takes forever. If you see more that 2 cars in the drive thru, get a book to read while in line. That said, that is part of their service model. Everything is made fresh to order. Been here many many times and they have not once messed up my order. For fast food a little pricey, but you are never hungry after this place. Very clean inside. People who work there are always super nice.
