We called Richard with Gold Coast Carpet Cleaning for a quote. He came over same day and was very friendly and professional. He gave us a very fair price for carpet cleaning, stretching and Teflon carpet protection we wanted. He was able to fit us in quickly, and worked around our schedules. He arrived on time and ready to work. He stretched the carpet first and then cleaned and added the Teflon. It looks amazing! We couldn’t be happier with how well the carpets look. They look brand new! We plan on using Gold Coast again because of the superior service.

I spent several hours calling around different upholstery cleaning businesses and Richard at Gold Coast Carpet Care was one of the few that actually answered the phone (I had to leave messages with most of the other businesses). Richard was very willing to work with my schedule and was able to fit me in on a Saturday morning. I had a sectional cleaned by Richard and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and friendly. Even gave me some great tips for the school programs in the area, since I’m new to the area. It was nice doing business with a locally owned business. I would definitely call Richard for any of my future carpet/​upholstery cleaning needs.

Can’t thank Richard enough for our beautifully cleaned carpets! With four kids, you can just imagine what our stairs and living room looked like before Richard worked his magic!
