Decent location right off of 48th and Vine streets right next to Ace Hardware. Food came out fairly quickly and was good. Some of salad was wilted. But the breadsticks were good as usual. Service was decent but not the most friendly. And was definitely not with a smile. Overall ok experience but I am not impressed with the service.

Best breadsticks in the world! I absolutely love coming here, and the bottomless breadsticks is a dream come true! Their pasta is very good as well.

For a Fazoli’s, it is what it is. For Italian food, it’s the average college student’s version of sauce poured on top of pasta. The sauce on the baked ziti I got was just way too liquidy, and the breadsticks looked like they were dunked in oil.

The words«Italian» and«fast food» should never be in the same sentence. The service wasn’t «fast» either. I knew I should have installed a DVD player into my truck because I would have had enough time to catch a movie while sitting in the drive thru. Let’s not kid ourselves Mr. Fazoli owner. We both know that you’re selling crappy Italian food to ignorant Midwesterners. Your secret is safe with me. Oh wait.

Good food. Your average fazoli’s. My wife had the Ziti and they piled a 3″ layer of cheese. We love cheese, but when is enough, enough? Good place though and employees had a good attitude.

Fazoli’s, you’re reasonably quick, and the free breadsticks are nice. But someone’s got to tell you: Your bathrooms smell like a truck stop. You can smell them as soon as you come in the front door. Please, please — install some new ventilation or renovate or SOMETHING. The stalls are so small it’s a trick to get the door shut. You’re stinky, and it doesn’t make me want to eat. On the bright side, your Tortellini Rustico rocks.
