They have a boca veggie and turkey burger which is great for those that don’t eat red meat. The sweet potato fries were the business!

The hamburgers and fries are super good. It’s a bit pricey (I feel) but I am never disappointed so I can justify spending that for fast food. They make everything to order so it takes a while, be patient. Being located in a casino is why I always hesitated to go, not a fan of smoke, but so far it hasn’t been a problem. We go at lunchtime and there is hardly anyone there then or so it seems. If you order fries, get the skinny and ask for them crispy… nom, nom, nom. Nice size portions so you won’t be hungry, that’s for sure.

I don’t know why there are so many low reviews here… This place is hella good!, ya know especially after you added some bacon and egg into that bitch. Trust me, this shit hits the mutha effin’ G SPOT after 3am.

OMG! People eat this stuff? Burger was okay, but i think the bun had seen better days. The french fries were plain awful! They were cold and starchy, and these were the Skinny Fries.
Add to that the girl that took the order wasn’t the most pleasant thing I’ve ever dealt with. There was NO LINE yet i felt i was being rushed through. The food did come quick, maybe too quick. I would have preferred something that resembled a fresher product.
I will probably pass on the next Fatburger joint i see, Casino or not, hungry or not.

Always relish, staff is so competent you don’t mind the wait, 5 – 10 minutes at the most

The food was okay but I prefer In and Out? It’s my preference. The burger is kind of sweet because they might have added Thousand Island to it. Try it out? When I came here today? The line was long!

This is the third fat burger that I’ve been to and I was not impressed whatsoever.
Time and time again, I give this chain the benefit of the doubt and I’m aLways Left unhappy.
I decided to come here because I have been craving for a burger and the very few offerings @ Thunder VaLLey’s food court is simpLy terribLe.
The Line was annoyingLy Long and not onLy were the customers Looking unhappy, the workers feLt the same way.
After standing in a Line that didn’t seem to move, I decided to scratch the whole burger pLan and just opt for an order of chiLi cheese fries and a soda. Burgers wouLd just take a Lot Longer than I was aLready wiLLing to wait.
GaL @ the register was nice but the guy who handed off my food was rude, rushfuL, and honestLy hated his Life. I asked him for my side of jalapeños and he barked at me, saying it was an additionaL $ 1.00

I can’t speak for all the employees but the guy working the register at around 5 – 5:30pm was rude. My Fiancé had asked for no tomatoes, lettuce or Mayo on his burger. He got all of those on his burger. So when he went to the guy at the register to tell him politely that his order was wrong the guy immediately said «no it’s right!» Before even looking at the burger. Really dude I understand he’s a picky eater but really??? Customer service anyone?!

The wait was kind of long for my burger. Maybe, my expectations were high, but the burger wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. I ate the whole thing though since I was hungry after gambling.

A 24 hour burger joint in a casino. That should say it all, but for the sake of fairness I’ll elaborate. This Fatburger gives you a compromised version of what has made the chain famous and all while enjoying the colorful characters and activity from the nearby slot machines.
I’m not ashamed to say I’ve been to a lot of Fatburgers, so my assessment of this one is relative. The burgers are hit or miss depending on the time of day, length of the line and attitude of the employees. It’s clear that the late night eating crowd is one of the most obnoxious, with plenty of hungry, impatient drunks looking for something they can inhale before returning to the tables to burn through their pocketbooks. But as the somewhat sober person in line, it doesn’t help to be treated like just another part of the riff raff, especially if I go out of my way to be polite.
On my last visit my burger was a sloppy mess and the fries cold. I pulled up a seat at the random scattering of tables and sucked it down with friends while watching a nearby drunk couple fight with each other.
This locations biggest advantage is being one of the only places open to eat at anytime of day. For that reason I’m thankful. Otherwise, it just makes you wish that Thunder Valley had a 24 hour buffet.

I am so appalled by the service here. If I could give negative three stars, I would.
Came late, around midnight on a Saturday night to hang out with friends. The casino was packed, and it seemed like FatBurger was a little busy. I mean, no big deal right? They’re probably used to this madhouse. That’s what I thought.
The line was about 5 – 6 people, and it took about 10 minutes just to get our order in. I ordered a regular FatBurger, medium size with no pickles. My friend behind me ordered a FatBurger Meal.
I kid you not, we waited for at least 35 – 40 minutes for our food. How in the WORLD does it take that long to make two burgers??? First of all, if they are known to be busy on Saturdays hire some more damn workers. Secondly, I was expecting a pretty damn good burger for that long of a wait. And we eventually got our food, but here’s the CATCH — we all started to get extremely impatient, so my friend went up to the front near the bar where they were yelling out orders. Apparently both of our orders were ready and sitting on the counter. My friend asked the lady if it was his, cause we have been waiting for over 30 minutes and you know what the lady said???
She said, «hold on.» Hold on? All she had to do was simply give the bag of food to him. And she said HOLD ON and we had to wait another five minutes for her to HAND us our food. So ridiculous. I was LIVID. And I still am. I am appalled by the service. WARNING do not come here on a Friday or Sat night unless you want to wait 30 – 45 minutes. Or even more. It was ridiculous. Never again.
Oh and to mention; the burger was not good. I would rather eat a Big Mac from McDonalds.
There’s not a lot of FatBurgers around the area. I now wonder why.

I love me some Fatburger, it’s just a shame that the only one close is in the casino. Anyways, it is not hard to get me out to Thunder Valley cause I can always justify a run. Last night I got my usual, large Fatburger with grilled onions and American cheese and as usual it was cooked great and well seasoned. Love the steak fries.

I have only ever been to the one here at Thunder Valley. I go when I am in the mood for a burger and gambling but it is definitely not a place that I go to for a yummy burger because it is not. I keep trying them but I think they are just, eh. so-​so but also a bit pricey for what you get… $ 9.95 for a small combo. I imagine they have to compensate for the high rent. With that said, I usually leave with an unsatisfied appetite. Meat has some flavor but is missing something. Fries are decent. Its substanence and thats about how I sum it up. If not for my comps, I would not spend $ for a meal here. Not bad, just nothing special.

GOT TO LOVE THE FATBURGER! I love Fatburger, wish they had more restaurants outside of the casino in town. They make a super yummy veggie burger, which is a) hard to find at a fast food place or b) hard to find one that doesn’t taste like a dry flavorless piece of cardboard. Fries are supper yummy as well. Place get’s super busy on weekend nights, so sometimes it takes a good minute to get your food.

I will never order a beef fatburger again. Fatburger’s turkey burger is a solid alternative to red meat. Although it seemed small (¹⁄₃ lb), it was tasty and seasoned with a tender patty. No grease. No heaviness. Just a good burger. I added grilled onions, pepper jack cheese, and bacon, with no relish or lettuce. Paired with some chili cheese skinny fries and a diet Coke, it was a perfect cheat day meal! The no bean chili was delicious, similar to Willie’s recipe, and they used grated cheddar cheese which melted nicely atop the hot chili and freshly fried fries.
Service is hit or miss. Since you can customize your burger with several different toppings, we’ve had wrong orders before, so definitely check your burger before you bite in. I’ve also been served cold, stale fries before. The cashiers are usually very quick and efficient taking your order and are usually good about refilling your drinks when you walk up to the counter (Tip: skip the line and go to the side).

Well, I shouldn’t be eating here all too much, but it is really good food once in a long while! I like the sizes, especially the small one :) so cute :) I like how you can choose steak fries or skinny fries, that is cool. I enjoy going to Thunder Valley and it is nice how you can use your comps or coupons there, so that is the best part for me and my mom or sister when dining out at the casino! Of course we will be back :)
Be patient, it is worth the WAIT for them to cook your burger, and take a seat, relax, enjoy some good food while gambling :) It is kind of pricey, but again, it’s worth it! Thank you Fatburger!

Never had tasteless french fries in my whole life.
If I could give zero I would — horrible service and absolutely no flavor for their over priced french fries.

It’s everything we are famous for. The burger place. The excess on a burger. Open late.
It should be a no brainer right?
Eh. I had the burger the first time and it was pretty good. The meat could be better quality given the size (XXL). It’s a huge piece but doesn’t taste very flavorful. I had a ton of stuff on it. An egg for god sakes. Swiss cheese, mushrooms. You name it. It was just OK.
You need some free range action or something. I’d pay extra.
The skinny fries are good, but don’t beat McDonalds fries.
Why does Thunder Valley put the food court on the other side of the parking lot?
I’ll tell you why.
So you can walk through an inhale smoke and be tempted to gamble.
However it’s one saving grace?
OPEN LATE.

It’s a munchies buster for sure. In the Sacramento area, especially in the east suburbs it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find anything past the same ol’. This hits the spot. The casino is in the middle of nowhere and scenic. It is near a landfill and smoky but hey you can’t win them all right?
Also, if you go on the weekend be ready to navigate through zombie old people and drunk belligerent people.
This sketchy guy looked at me and said, «This place probably makes a ton of money huh?» with a gleam in his eye.
I really hope I don’t see him in the paper from robbing the place.

I finally ate Fatburgers today. I honestly think I’ve tried it before in Reno, but if I don’t remember it… then that means nothing really stood out for me. I had it again today at Thunder Valley with my boyfriend. We both ordered the 2.5 oz burger with cheese in a meal. Mine with skinny fries, his with onion rings.
When we got out order, I didn’t realize how small the 2.5 oz burgers were. Their small skinny fries portion was pretty big. The onion rings weren’t too big of a portion. Maybe I was hungry so I was eating with my eyes, but once I actually did start eating, the 2.5 oz burger was more than enough for me. The meat wasn’t too dry (like carls jr and Burger King) and the fries were fresh and yummy! However, the onion rings were a little bland. I had to put salt on the onion rings because the batter wasn’t too great.
Overall, it wasn’t too shabby, but I’d rather eat In N Out than Fatburgers. Haha

Love their burgers period!!! Wish I didn’t have to travel all the way to Thunder Valley or L.A. to have one…
