Awful place. I do not usually go to Dunkin Donuts because in my opinion they all suck. I gave this one another shot and I shouldn’t have! I asked for a bacon and cheese sandwich with no egg and ended up with a egg and bacon, no cheese, sandwich. When I drove up to the window, the girl didn’t say hello. She just took my card and handed me the bag. Very rude. Stop talking for 2 seconds and maybe all the orders won’t come out wrong.

Two days in a row whole order is wrong, coffees are gross, and I was charged different amounts both times. The staff do not care about their jobs, ordering food is a chore and it’s like the lottery on if it’s going to be right or not. Avoid this Dunkin if you don’t want to get frustrated. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to get a coffee now seeing how I frequent a Dunkin 3 times a day at the very least. Their turnover rate is also horrible

I go out of my way to avoid this DD. The main reason is because management will not give a glass ice water with an order. I am not a big coffee fan, but still buy the pastries, etc. It’s not like I drive up and just ask for water. Nearly every other DD I frequent is happy to give me a cup of water with my baked goods. In addition, the turnover of staff must be high because I have had inconsistent order preps.
So other than location, this is not a winning formula for success.

I had to repeat my order several times at the speaker (it took nearly 4 minutes JUST to order) and though they were questioning me, they gave me attitude for attempting to clarify my order. Once we arrived at the window, the cashier asked me to repeat my order — apparently she was not paying attention when I initially placed my order. The cups were not marked (4 different beverages were ordered) and all four beverages were wrong. I would NEVER go back to this location again.

Ef this place. I try to avoid it like the plague, however; if I’m at work and in the mood for a D&D coffee, I will stop by here and experience the norm: poor customer service shoveled out by miserable teenagers.
Not only do you have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ shot of your order being screwed up, this place always appears to be packed… be prepared to wait!
