Tried out this place on a Recommendation and was not disappointed… Great atmosphere for a Tapas and Wine Bar. If your looking for a change and you don’t want to deal with a Sport Bar atmosphere and want a nice Classy place this will do it. U can have a Flight of Wine to try out the different Blends or go with a what your Palate wants. The Choices are great. The staff was wonderful and very Attentive. Loved the Ahi Crisps and the Apple Dumpling Dessert was Amazing. Definitely going to go back and pull up at the Bar again.

My girlfriends and I tried out Citizen Vine for the first time last night, and I really like it there. The staff was awesome, and they had a great selection of wine and food. I also loved the décor. If you are a wine lover, I would definitely check this place out!

This is a supplement to my original posting where I provided feedback regarding my experiences at Citizen Vine. Subsequent to my review, I received a hateful message from a Unilocal user(whose Unilocal user name will be omitted) apparently confused as that Unilocal user was alleging I am a former employee of Citizen Vine. In reviewing Citizen Vine’s Facebook page, it is apparent that the Unilocal user is a lead member of Paul Jansen’s staff. This type of action by Mr. Jansen’s staff further illustrates why I will not returning to Citizen Vine.

Love it! So glad TB has a wine bar! The owner is wonderful and staff is fabulous. Food is delicious. Have been there three times now and I can’t wait to go back. The only reason I took 1 star away was I joined their wine club but didn’t get added to the email list and so we missed an event. I think the issue has been solved but not entirely sure about that… I guess I’ll find out the next time there’s an event. Having said that this a local business you want to support. Let’s make sure they stay here!

We weren’t sure about how good it was going to be, but have to say. It was awesome! Great place for drinks and appetizers with friends or date night. Loved the service and menu! Well done Citizen Vine. Lincoln needs more great businesses like you. This place merits 5 stars easily. Comfortable and fun with class. Will definitely come back!

Pretty good place. Great wine selections and very cool mellow ambiance. Great place for date nights, girls night out, etc. They have a tapas style menu that so far has been all good; desserts especially. Has great potential and the owner seems very interested in seeing that happen.. They are trying new things right now like Sangria Sundays and a coffee bar in the morning. I’ve had coffee there twice but sadly I don’t think it’ll work for me. I like drip coffee fast and cheap and they only provide Americanos or French Press at around $ 4. Not an espresso person anymore, so can’t comment on their Espresso, Latte offerings. Recommendations to owner: Keep at it. I think they are moving in the right direction as they seem to listen to customers and care about continual improvement. I would separate out into 2 district business with one location a la Lost Bean of Tustin, CA. They’re a coffee shop that changed to «Lost Vine, a wine bar at night. SEO would be much better and keeping the Unilocal reviews will benefit them. Branding is very tough when you try to do everything. Refer to Al Reis for more on this. I have no doubt that if they continue as they are, I’ll be following this up with a 5 star review shortly.

So glad to have a wine bar in TB! Good wine selections… enjoy the mellow atmosphere. The prices per glass are a little steep though, and the serving size /price per appetizer is high as well. Little pricy for Lincoln — we don’t all live in Catta Verdera!

Went with friends on a Saturday evening. Ran in to more friends once we got there. We sat on the couches, which were inviting. Our server was right there with menus and wine suggestions. Wine selection was very good although I would like to see a Moscato in the mix. But it was the food that was the start. Phenomenal food! Ahi crisps! Adult handi snack and the apple dumplings were incredible. We loved it.

Great addition to Lincoln! Very comfortable and a nice selection of wines. I would recommend they get more comfortable stools, but otherwise the décor and ambiance is great!

My Husband and I stopped in with our 3-year-old for a quick glass of champagne to check it out. We LOVED the floor and décor with local landmark photography. We ordered the hummus and were even treated to a few extra pieces of naan bread to satisfy our little one. We thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to come again

What a great addition to this area! Great wine selection with the promise of an expanding selection In the future. So many tasty Tapas options(we chose 3) that pair well with the wine flights. They have some beers on tap if you’re with folks who don’t necessarily want wine. Can’t wait to see what this place does in the future.

I was here a few days after it opened. Fantastic service and atmosphere. The owner was behind the bar and he made some fantastic recommendations in food to compliment the wine we chose. It is a minimalist approach to decorating but it’s clean and simple and sophisticated. There is a wall decorated by stained wine boxes– really cool. For me the stools at the bar are kind of small and the bar wasn’t particularly deep enough for my legs, but that’s kind of petty. I could have easily moved to the comfortable sofas. The wine selection was pretty good and they said they are going to expand it with a focus on local wines. That’s cool. A few wines were available by the bottle only which is strange and a bit of a turn off… They were some of our favorite wines. Overall we’ll be back, probably for their grand opening and then often after that! Welcome to Lincoln!!!

Love at first sip. Such a wonderful place to have here in Twelve Bridges. I sampled several wines and several of their small plates and a dessert, all fantastic. This is my new hang out. Thanks Paul and the wonderful staff

So excited that we have some place local to enjoy fine wine and tasty tapas! They were only open for two days when we dropped by. We immediately saw some friends who were trying this place out also. It’s casual and cool, with a local crowd. The place was quite packed with only a few tables for two, vacant. Our server KateLynn was very friendly and super attentive. After a few minutes of looking over the menu we ordered: *flight of reds *togarashi spiced edamame *ahi crisps The flight of reds consisted of: *Pinot Noir, Reata(Napa) *Barbera, Rancho Roble(local) *Cabernet Sauvignon, Raymond While waiting for our food, the owner walks over with our food in hand. He introduces himself… love it when the proprietor takes the time to greet their guests. The Ahi crisps were Superb! We were a bit confused tho, when we received it because the menu stated that there are four wonton crisps. After examining, there were three, we asked Katelynn and she said that they needed to change the menu to three. The reason was that when you get four, the wonton crisps were smaller and the won tons were so thin, that they fell apart. They opted to change it to three, larger wonton crisps. Aside from the number of wontons, the ahi mixed with the guacamole and different sauces was,“Divine!” The togarashi edamame was seasoned perfectly but the edamame was a tad, over cooked. My recommendation for the establishment would be that they forewarn patrons beforehand, for instance, the Ahi crisps. It was difficult to mention the quantity of crisps when the owner had just delivered it. I’m typically an easy going customer but I felt compelled to draw attention to the Ahi crisps. It would’ve been nice to have gotten a heads up when we ordered. I’m sure many agree that it’s always awkward to question menu descriptions. So it was hard to question but I’m glad I did! Aside from that, I’m sure this place will be very popular!
