Best Western

I love this place! The beds are very comfortable, it is very clean, friendly staff & the breakfast is better than most diners. I stopped 2 hours away from my destination just to stay here.

Pulled in super early in the morning due to a storm, after trying other places that were all full. Was greeted at the front desk by Chris, who was great. You guys are lucky to have such a person on your staff.

I love this Best Western so much. I come to Lincoln for work, and I stay here every 2 – 3 months and bring others with me. The staff at the hotel could not be kinder. They know me by name and even send a Christmas card! We often have to use their computer and printer, and they even stock extra paper to make sure we don’t run out. They are so polite and ready to help with whatever is needed. Even at 2am, they’ll jump up to get a glass or find an extra toothbrush.
One of my favorite things is the free breakfast. The pancake machine is fun, but the other items are all quite decent. Plus, they are fast to restock anything you might need.
Location wise, they are right on Route 66, near the town center, by the bowling alley, and have the amazing Lincoln in front. Seriously, the Lincoln statue is reading a book titled «Law.» How cool is that?
They always arrange for us to have second floor rooms (I feel safer that way). Rooms are clean, functional, and comfortable.
I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t really say anything about it. The lounge has comfy couches, and there is a workout room. Also, free parking and wifi.
Thanks so much to Kenna, Parrish, Lisa, etc. The staff makes you feel like this isn’t a chain at all.

We had both good and not-​so-​good experiences in our stay here on June 14. Our Route 66 motor tour stopped here on Saturday night. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:40 PM, even though check-​in time was supposed to be 3PM. We were in a little bit of a hurry to get to a banquet at Lincoln College, and we had to wait 10 minutes before we could get in.
Additionally, our key cards did not work and had to be re-​programmed, which caused us another couple minute delay.
The room itself was nice with a nice refrigerator. The workout room was sufficient for a late night workout to burn the calories from the incredible banquet.
We would stay there again, but there isn’t much competition in Lincoln, especially if you are trying to stay on Route 66.

Nicer than I expected. They let me check in early, and even though I’d booked through Hotwire (which gave me a smoking room (who smokes anymore?)) they happily moved me into a non-​smoking. The furnishings are simple and plain but in good repair. The beds are comfortable. It’s basically a reasonable and clean mid-​western hotel.
And, the biggest covered wagon in the world sits just out front. «Voted the #1 roadside attraction in America». Whatever that means…

This place was just totally rehabbed. I dropped in for a tour, peaked in ther rooms, and the place looks great. Everything is new, the linens on the beds looked nice, the eating area spacious. Nice finishes.
Although I did not stay here, I will be checking the price for future trips to see my relatives. It is also now a Best Western.
