I should have taken pictures. Sadly, Amigos has outgrown it’s community. More and more they provide mediocre but over priced Mexican food. It is neither fast or «fresh» and seldom if ever a purchase I would write home about. For that reason I’m writing this. I grew up on Amigos and remember it before they put a greedy corporate drive thru on almost every corner of the city. Early on it was good and a value. Never inexpensive but a fair trade considering the quality they once valued. Now when I have visited a full dinning facility I find a lack of cleanliness. The first thing you should check out in any eating Establishment should be their bathrooms. Judge their kitchen by that inspection. This was a third strike today. I used the drive thru and purchased a small tea and two crispy tacos. Both of which were stale and broken. But hey who cares right. They’ll be miles away before they notice. Today the few strands of warm wilted lettuce barely filled the broken shell half way. By half way I mean just that. There was meat about a tablespoon in each and a sprinkling of cheese. I laughed out loud. Sadly the meal attempt prior to this was a Works Nacho that was again made with stale chips and drowned in their enchilada sauce. The only thing consistent about Amigos is the downhill slide and bathrooms. Try ANY other Mexican restaurant before you spend your hard earned monies here untill they wake up and clean up more than just their act. I hate giving a poor review I love to be positive but there’s nothing good to say any more.

The little gal who helped us was great! Very attentive and helpful. We love the fiesta fit menu! And thanks for supporting Teammates, a good cause!

Absolutely worst service ever. The gal taking our order literally stood there until I finally initiated conversation and literally told her I wanted to place an order. Tons of dirty tables all over. I ended up cleaning one for ourselves using my own hand sanitation and napkins. Had to get up numerous times to go get items they forgot on our order.

The food is fresh and its actually pretty good. The portions are lacking however. The aztec tacos were very good but over priced for the amount of food they give. The salsa bar is a little cliché’ and the mints they give while your eating are a nice touch. The breakfast burritos are very filling, but they require a little ketchup. The staff is friendly and food is prepared in a timely manner.

Wow… this place SUCKED, in my opinion. One of the 5 worst restaurants I have ever been to in my life, and definitely the worst Mexican food I have ever had. My husband and I stopped here for a quick snack while driving around town. There was one college student working the counter and cooking all the food, and I think it took us 10 minutes to get the equivalent of a burrito and a kid’s meal with one other person in the restaurant. The taco was so awful I couldn’t choke down more than ¾ of it. They gave me some sort of yogurt with fruit in it as a side with the kid’s meal, and that was disgusting too. I don’t even want to think of the coffee here, nor will I ever consider returning to an Amigos. Spend less money and get way better food at Taco Bell, if you want fast-food Mexican! Definitely skip this disgusting place. Yuck, yuck, yuck!!!

Okay, so this is just a fast food place. Well, I had lunch here and it was super yummy. Their crispy beef tacos are super good. I also tried their Tex Mex roll up. To drink I had a strawberry smoothie. Super delicious. Plus, I love any fast food place that takes your order, sticks a number in your hand and sends you to a table to wait while they prepare your order and deliver it to your table. That’s very nice. Plus, they have a fresh salsa bar where you can drown your food in anything you want! Also, a nice guy came along during the meal and was offering mints. How cute is that?
