Ambiance Salon

I love this salon. I just moved to Lincoln from Orange County and I was looking for a new hairdresser to do my hair. I called several salons. When I called Ambiance I was lucky when Marie, the owner, picked up. I explained that I was very picky about my hair and nervous about having someone new weave and cut my hair. Marie made me feel very comfortable and she was so friendly on the phone. I was lucky to be able to get an appointment with her. When I arrived at the salon, Marie greeted me with a warm smile and asked me if I wanted to have something to drink, I felt very comfortable right away. The salon is very cute. I felt very comfortable right away. I told her what I wanted to have done. She was very professional and friendly at the same time. I love my hair and she is my new hairdresser. I’m so glad she answered the phone. If you want to go to a salon and feel comfortable and get s great haircut and color… call and ask for Marie.

I recently went into Ambiance for a color and cut, and I was amazed at the new remodel of décor! Very classy, clean and relaxing! I have been to many salons that are filled with drama, not hear at Ambiance! My color is always amazing and my cut is always done perfectly. I have to laugh at the last reviewer stating the stairs are steep? The stairs are normal stairs nothing crazy! The stair lift for handicapped is easy to use as I have seen numerous clients use it. I think the negative review she left was out of anger because she «went to the wrong salon». There is always one in the group! Ambiance is full of knowledgeable stylist and their clients love them!

I love what Jeane does to my hair! My hair color is the best I have ever had. Whenever I am out and about I get compliments about my hair. This happens often, no lie. Once a man came up to me and touched my hair (that was a bit much) and said it was beautiful. My hair is soft and healthy and the style is cutting edge. She also works with me and has been able to get me in if I need a touch up for a special event on short notice. I enjoy going to the Ambiance salon. They just redecorated the salon and it looks good. They offer my favorite K-​cup coffee or a glass of wine. They use top of the line products that I buy and use at home. It’s a great salon and Jenae is the best!

Jessica S is the most talented colorist I have had the pleasure of using for my hair. I have very thick hair, an ever changing opinion on what I want done, and hair that has a weird «curl» to it… Jessica always is patient, full of color options, and thorough when I come to see her. Strongly recommend Jessica for you color needs!

Friendly salon

Five star salon all the way! This salon has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I have had several services done there including my hair, my nails and a massage. Jessica Solis is by far the best hair stylist and has a great eye for color! I always leave feeling like a new person! Go check them out.

Went in for a color and cut. Did research and made an appointment with Jessica S. I am mid 20s do i wanted something fresh and new! She ended up chopping my hair on one side and did not even show me. I have straight hair (which I told her) and she decided to curl it before letting me check out the cut. When I went home and washed it to remove all the product she used to curl, I noticed how bad the color and cut actually were. The color was only on half of my head and barely noticeable. I took pictures and showed her and she had no problem fixing it but had attitude the whole time. I t was awkward getting it fixed It but came out a little better the second time. When you pay 200 for color and cut you expect her to be professional and done right. I have never written a bad review, but i found her through reviews and was extremely upset over wasted time and money. I have never thought someone to be as rude as her. Will not go back to see her. Ever.

The hair stylist I used to have moved out of the area and I’ve been searching for someone ever since. I went to two other hair stylists before I found Jessica at Ambiance Salon. Although Jessica is about an hour away from where I live, I was referred to her and I literally have never been happier with a hair stylist.
Jessica is very attentive and really listens to you when describing what you want for your hair. She also offers you advice and suggestions, which I really like in a stylist. Jessica is really personable and makes you feel right at home.
Not only does Jessica have a great personality, but she’s amazing with hair! If you want an all-​in-​one awesome hair stylist, Jessica is your girl!

Wow! Exciting to leave another «first» review… Someone on my FB page recommended I might be able to walk in for a haircut. Sure enough, Cynthia was able to help me. More than pleased with the atmosphere, the staff and Cynthia of course. Thanks Cynthia!
