I thought I would update this in response to the company’s rebuttal. As «Greg» was typing his response, our roof was probably leaking. Funny? Not so funny… Turns out they forgot to put the flashing around our chimney. They did come back and repair it without much argument, however the drywall that got wet needed to be fixed a couple times as they tried to do 2 days work in 2 hours. I would still urge you not to use this company. Maybe it was poor communication between my husband and I that caused the roof to leak and the drywall to bubble? I can guarantee that a leaky roof was not in the contract that you are more than welcome to post on here. Also, the stairs cracked in a year, and were repaired by the company. Currently, 3 years later, they are in disrepair and we are in the process of getting them fixed by another company. We are 3+ years into our home ownership and tittle brothers is still the worst company by far we have dealt with. We have had some pretty great contractors, this just wasn’t one of them. I post this only to help others in our position. Do your research, get recommendations, and pay a little extra for quality work. I wish we would have. It’s about more than just fulfilling a contract, it’s about showing pride in your work and making a customer happy. It’s about doing quality work that you can be proud of, not slapping some shingles on a roof and tucking bricks that you said would be ripped out and replaced for the same price. We have learned our lesson the hard way, take the easy road and GOELSEWHERE!
