The service was bad the women didn’t know what I was talking about when I ordered. She wasn’t wearing any gloves and when I told her that the rim of my cup tasted like soap she gave me an attitude and said«what do you want me to do about it» I then told her to get me a new rim. I’ve never had trouble at a Tim Hortons before and I’m never going back to this one.

My husband and I just stopped here to grab a nice hot cup of coffee. The drive thru was a bit of a wait but we were in no hurry. As we pulled up to the window the lady yelled $ 1.36 and threw a bag towards my husband. He told her we didn’t order that and she insisted we did. We ordered 2 coffees, she claims we ordered a muffin and small coffee. Must have been the car’s order in front of us that left. So we tell her again what we ordered and she just snatched the card from my husbands hand and shut the window. Few seconds later she hands my husband his card back along with two coffees. One was cold, the other was scolding hot and no hot sleeve so I could barely hold my coffee to drink it. Boo.

It’s a decent Timmies, I stop here on my way to work to grab a burnt tasting coffee. It typically is best to just over add cream to make the coffee taste better, as I posted before, I preferred the coffee in the Canadian Timmies. Good stop if you want to grab something and get on the highway right away.

didn’t notice until i got home that this location messed up my order again! asked for my bagel not to be toasted and it was toasted. i did not get the donut I asked and paid for. they did not have the rasp & cheese danish ready again for the second time! called three times to this place and did not get through to anyone! lesson learned — double check your order for accuracy before leaving. this place blows!

Just about every single morning, the drive thru line is spilling out onto Southfield and moving steadily through the window. Orders come out very quick. They lose a star because a few times I’ve gone in and wished I hadn’t because the place was a little dirty.

I guess I’m spoiled by the Tim Hortons around home in Macomb County, as I walked in & walked out WHY? The overall unclean floors/tables. A broom would work wonders

Great donuts, fast toasted bagels, good coffee. No seating here(in gas station). This particular Tim Hortons is right off I-75 on Southfield Rd. It’s attached to a gas station, making it VERY easy to miss(actually, it’s only visible at all to southbound traffic). As such, there is no seating, so it’s only Timmy’s to-go here, which is USUALLY how you want your coffee and donuts anyway. Tim Hortons makes my favorite kind of donut, more particularly their marble dipped, their Boston Crème, and most prominently, the Dutchie, which is filled with raisins and lots of glaze. mmmm. This Lincoln Park branch doesn’t carry Dutchies… why??? In any event, you can get most other donut classics here, including Tim Bits(which are little bite sized pieces of donut… Munchkins if you’re a Dunkin Donut fan). Also, they toast up a bagel in record time, and you can get cups of cream cheese and/or butter. I like having a little plastic cup of butter over the little foil-wrapped pad, it’s way easier to use when you’re in your car. And lastly, as fellow Unilocaler Seoung L. reminds me, the staff here are SUPER friendly… perhaps they’re given instructions on how to act like a Canadian… it’s very convincing.
