I have no complains about this CVS. They are fast, call me to ask me if I want to refill my prescriptions and take care of it. I agree with the other reviewer that we didn’t need another pharmacy in Lincoln Park, but I am glad CVS opened because I was happy to transfer my prescriptions from Shoprite’ s pharmacy since the people there are very rude.

I consistently have problems with this Pharmacy. I called in my prescription 3 days ago. Show up this morning to pick it up, and I am told they’re going to, «fill it now». NOW??? I’M ONMYWAYTOWORK! This happens more often than not. When I inquired as to why my prescription was not ready, at first the woman at the window just stared at me and eventually mummbled she didn’t know. Then, she said it was because it was too early for a refill. When I asked how it could be too early when I have no pills left, again she didn’t know. Mind you, it was also very hard to understand this woman as her English was awful. Heads up CVS, you’re dealing with people’s medication, insurance copays and a need for clear communication. Placing someone with a mouth full of marbles at the helm of customer interactions and having them issue BS excuses, does NOT cut it!

Not a great pharmacy staff. Loses prescriptions, slow and unhelpful at times. I am thinking of switching to the new Walgreens.

the pharmacy is the worst… i went there just for a casual inquiry & there were 3 people behind the counter doing their own thing on the computer. one of them even asked me what i was here for, but she still continued her work… i dont understand how can such carelessness be tolerated

The women working back in the pharmacy are SO rude. I went there one time to fill a prescription(bc I just moved to the area… I didn’t know any better!) and I will NEVER be back… not even for a pack of gum. The employees were rude and short with customers. I stood there as one employee spoke to an elderly woman in the most condescending tone I have ever heard in my life.

Ride Aid is gone, boo! Walgreen’s isn’t going to fill your meds fast enough? Why not try CVS, as a last resort?
