We come to lincoln city twice a year and never miss having our favorite pizza at Humble Pie! Tonight was no different customer service was excelent, and we recieved our pizza in 15 min. We always buy another tie-dyed T-shirt to take home. If you wear the tye dye shirt they knock 1.00 off your pizza. The pizza was amazing again, the crust is what i like best! Looking forward to our trip back to linchon city soon! Keep on doing what your doing humble pie and youve got a customer for life! Thank you, Christine Chapman

It didn’t suck, how bout that? Ordered pizza for delivery… It wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst either. I didn’t get to appreciate the service(thank god!) but they delivered within the time they said, and it was hot, and cheesy.

Really good tasting pizza. My husband went and picked up so I don’t know how the employees were. I did find it strange they didn’t have breadsticks cause they were closing in a hour. I’d order from them again.

Great pizza and friendly service from humble pie pizza. Ordered a 12 I cho creamy garlic chicken. Took it to go and ate it on the beach. Very yummy creation. They even let us use the pool table for free while waiting.

All I can say in rude… The guy that just answer the phone acted like it was a chore to talk to me, all I need was some information that would of brought the a lot of business for an event but apparently that’s to much to ask for

Customer service at this pizza joint is terrible. The owner was baking pies and he had his clerk handling the counter. My wife and approached and noticed the sign that says get $ 1.00 off if you are wearing a Tie Dye piece of clothing, shirt, pants, dress etc… My wife, coincidentally was wearing a tie dye print and asked if she would receive the the $ 1.00 off. The clerk said, «Sure». After we paid for our pizza I could hear the owner complaining to the clerk stating, «That’s not a tie dye shirt and she shouldn’t have gotten $ 1.00 off». I could see the owner glaring at me from the behind the counter as if I had just taken his first born son or used up all the hot water for his monthly shower. We were sitting at one of the tables and were trying to have a nice evening. As our pie was delivered the counter guy came out with our pizza and left it on the table. He said, «By the way. that’s not a tie dye, it’s a print». Obviously this is petty and quite frankly rude if you had already agreed to the discount at the register. Now, for a few lessons. First, if you’re going to have a discount for tie dye apparel items you might want to specify it must not be a tie dye print. Second, if you’re going to trouble your counter person because he was doing the customer a service, then you should come out from behind the counter and actually confront us with your displeasure from taking a $ 1.00 off our $ 26.00 pizza we ordered. Third, if there are other customers around and you choose it’s in your best interest to make a snide comment to your customer because you granted the discount after she asked, then you’re just a piece of garbage. So we sat there and ate our mediocre pie as the owner continued to stare at me as if he was trying to intimidate me. A few things were noted with his comical behavior. He frequently wiped his hands on his clothing and across his nose as if he was rubbing it. Never once, did i see him wash his hands or attempt to clean them after doing so. This obviously didn’t set well with us since we had just consumed half of our pizza and now I was rather sicked by the uncleanliness of this guy. I tried to make the best of it and asked if I could purchase another can of Pepsi. The counter person handed me the Pepsi and I asked him to charge me for the extra dollar which was taken off our pizza, as I could see it had caused some trouble and we didn’t want to create any problems with my wife’s obvious lack of understanding of what is Tie Dye. The counter person said, «It’s no big deal». I told him, «It is a big deal since he thought it was important enough to embarrass my wife in front of everyone within the dining area with his snide remark». He said, «my boss was getting on me not you guys». I told him it didn’t matter. I would not allow him to think he lost out on a dollar on my account. So I left a dollar on the counter and another 5.00 on the table for their trouble. Obviously this not really a review of their pizza. It is actually quite good. I’m a local and have visited Humble Pie several times since I’ve lived here. It’s unfortunate the proprietor felt it was more important to debate the validity of a Tie Dye outfit by distinguishing between a print. I can see the money he would lose if he gave everyone with a Tie Dye print a dollar off a pizza. It must be in the hundreds of dollars over a decade time. Certainly it must be more than the money I spent in this place over the last 3 years. At $ 26.00 a visit just for the pie and not including drinks, once a month… I can see where his decision was the decision which will inspire me to frequent his establishment again or recommend it to others… well…cheers to you Humble Pie Pizza owner… you just lost a local customer. Hopefully the $ 6.00 I left you covers the cost of any other tricksters who may try to get one over on you with a Tie Dye print. TLDR: The owner is a clown and doesn’t respect the people that visit his diner.

Visited Lincoln City many times, first time visit to Humble Pie, very glad we did! This was amazing pizza! Fresh ingredients, cooked perfect and exactly how we ordered it. Fast friendly service as well. Gotta mention as well, this pizza had the most amazing crust on the bottom. If Lincoln City were not already a great place to visit, now we have yet another reason to visit! I’m sure we are going to always get a humble pie! We ordered the veggie with Artichoke hearts.

Pizza was great, but the seating was a joke. Loose the pool table. Prob not always the case but having customers stand is silly when there is a giant pool table taking up the already limited seating! No delivery, so good for carry out! I get that they can’t accommodate a bunch of pizzas so limited seating is ideal but that seems silly to me.

Called in to order. I always ask for the name of the person I’m talking to — it was Simon. Simon was a complete jerk, but we ordered anyway because we’d heard the pizza was good. God forbid if you ask this man to repeat himself(or ask him any question for that matter). We arrived five minutes before it was to be ready and he seemed quite irritated about it. We stepped aside to wait. A patron at a table went to the counter and stood quietly. Simon said«I’ll be with you in a minute.» The woman said, «No problem, I just need a box,» to which Simon practically yelled«I SAID I’d be there in a MINUTE.» When our order was ready(pizza and two salads), I asked about the number of salad dressings because we’d ordered extra. His reply was, «There are TWOMORE in each salad, lady.» The salads are wrapped in foil — how the hell am I supposed to know that? If not for the 11 year old girl by my side, he would’ve received a few choice words. Pizza was just ok.

Stopped by to get take out. Ordered a pepperoni pizza; Meat sticks; An Italian sandwich; and a cream puff. The pizza was pretty good. The crust was a bit dense, but overall the pizza had good flavor. Also ordered their meat sticks, they were interesting. The Italian sando was good; I truly enjoyed it. The show stopper was definitely the cream puff! It’s hands down the largest cream puff that I have EVER seen. We had four in our party that night and all shared it. Ive seen some of the reviews for service. The guy that helped us last night was fairly friendly! My dad asked him for extra Parm and was supplied with the extra cheese, no problem. Since this was our 1st experience, I’m pleased with the food and service enough to go back!

This was our first visit to Humble Pie Pizzeria. We really enjoyed the authenticity of the pizza small hole-in-the-wall restaurant feeling. Although the pizza was fantastic, previous reviews are spot on about those who work at Humble Pie Pizzeria. They are not very friendly at all. Any special request we asked the attending worker, he would look at us and say, «Right now is not a good time to ask for that»(we asked for a small amount of extra marinara sauce). There was only one person waiting behind us. Usually I’m not too focused on the service with my rating at restaurants. But this place was an exception. Three stars for their pizza alone! They have a sticker that reads« Unilocal users love us!» It should say, «Yelp users love our pizza!» I would highly suggest ordering take-out and avoid their bad customer service.

DONOT eat here! They have no regard for safety and sanitation concerns for their facility! Handing cash and then straight to cutting open tomatoes with bare hands! Not to mention the guy with the shaved head that works the counter is a complete dick to other employees and the customers in the restaurant. If you are looking for a good pizza… who knows what you will get here! Disgusted before we even ordered!

Called before we drove from Salem to get one of their pies. Kinda snotty as usual. No biggie. Assured they would be open until 8:00 Arrived at 7:00 doors locked. Saw the guy inside. He smiled and waved. Love the pizza. Never again. Dick move kids. If you are going to just close whenever you feel like, I’m out. Your pizza isn’t that good.

Best pizza in Lincoln City, hands down. Old fashioned. It’s small on the inside and they can get slammed. Well worth the wait, or try to order during an off time. The tie dye décor and writing on the wall by customers is cool.

How do I even start? On the tables, in a plastic free standing frame, is a lengthy explanation of why you should eat crow meat. On the other side their are recipes for, you guessed it, crows. I cannot believe I didn’t take a picture as proof, but honest to God, I couldn’t eat another bite after that. It was so distasteful. I previously had take out, and was much more pleasant. Not reading about crow meat certainly helped that first experience. The pizza is pretty good, I’d said the best in Lincoln City. I get the veggie without cheese as their sauce and crust are vegan. My friends who get it with cheese are almost overwhelmed by the amount. You definitely don’t have to order extra! I only ever get the 8 inch, which comes on a paper plate when it is to go. I saw on their website that a box was 25 cents extra, a bit strange, but ok with me. I’m not really sure what they do with the larger pizzas though. There is a pool table, and a neat little sign and bucket that says you owe them $.25 for dropping a cue stick or ball. The walls have customers writing all over them, the décor is pleasantly quirky. Would I recommend it? Sure, Lincoln City pizza options are a bit limited, as are any vegan options. Would I personally go back? Not for awhile, honestly I need to erase the dead bird framed flier from my immediate mind in order to do that.

We have Humble Pie pizza pretty much every time we go to Lincoln City. It’s walking distance to Princess’ grandparents house so its super easy to call it in and send someone a couple blocks to get it. We typically get the barbecue chicken: Crispy crust, barbecue sauce, a good distribution of red onions, chicken, pineapple, and black olives. Not super cheesey but ok. We got a 12 inch for 3 adults. Not cheap but no coast pizza is cheap. I ate the last piece cold for breakfast the next day. It was tasty. Princess gets her own 8″ of whatever shes in the mood for and that works out well. Its not that expensive to do that. She wasnt super hungry the night we got it but she ate the rest cold on the way back to Portland in the car. Like mother like daughter, right? Also you know its good pizza when she rescues it from the fridge while we are packing up the car. If you go in, check out the tasty baked goods. Theyre delicious. The people running it are cool, friendly enough, and Ive decided that given its context its a five. They have decent crust and sauce, some interesting choices of pizza toppings, and they’re small and local. Give them a try!

The name of the establishment is misleading because the staff was not very humble at all. We called to place a large order for a group of 12 adults and two kids. We decided on an 18″ veggie pizza, 12″ gluten-free veggie pizza, 12″ meat lovers, seafood pie, Italian sandwich and chicken Caesar salad. I had order the Italian sandwich, which came with a side salad. The guy on the phone asked what type of dressing I wanted so I asked what type they had. He rudely said they have everything so I requested balsamic vinaigrette – they didn’t have that. He made us feel that we were inconveniencing him when he had to list what dressings were available. You have everything but the most basic?! Just give me the fucking Caesar then. My Italian sandwich was alright, nothing amazing… the sub got very soggy and started falling apart that I ended up just picking at the ingredients inside. The salad was wilting with too much tomatoes and olives on top, two things I don’t care for. The people that got the Caesar salad and seafood pie were disappointed but it sounds like the pizzas were good. Maybe just stick with the pizzas. A few of our friends stopped by to pick up the order on their way back from the beach and stated the service was unfriendly. After reading the reviews more careful, seems like service is hit or miss depending on the owner/servers’ mood.

BF and I were craving pizza, and based on the Unilocal reviews decided to give this place a try. We got a large(have to say, it was huge and we should have gotten a medium, but pizza is so good in the morning…) — half meat lovers and half olives and mushrooms. We called in the order for take out, and it was ready by the time we picked it up. They were kind of skimpy with the meat, but the olive and mushroom side was really good. Thick crust done just right and plenty of black olives just the way I like it. Overall a solid pizza. We only go to Lincoln City a couple of times a year, but we’d probably go back here, if craving pizza again.
