Old Navy

This Old Navy outlet is in desperate need of a management overhaul. I live in Lincoln city and I shop at these outlets often. It doesn’t matter if you come to this Old Navy on a Saturday afternoon in the height of tourist season or if you come on a Wednesday night in the winter, for the past six months this store has been an absolute disaster with 60% of it un-​shoppable because of the enormous piles of clothing on the table, half of which don’t even belong there the only shoppable areas are things that are actually on a hanger. I have nicely made mention of it a few times but everyone that I’ve mentioned it to in the store just shrugs their shoulders and says that they are understaffed or that they don’t have time. I hope that management is reading these reviews because they are in desperate need of someone that can properly manage the store. I absolutely love Old Navy but until this improves I will do my shopping online from now on

Wow! So many 1 stars for this store… Granted, the tables of jeans were a big messy pile, but thats no doubt due to rude customers who dig around. While I was there I watched several women doing exactly that. Im sure the employees do their best to try to keep things orderly, but when youre flooded all day with one customer after the other whom are all digging for deals, messes happen. I still managed to find quite a bit! The cashier (Jasmine) was a total doll! I was beginning to think everyone in Lincoln City was anti-​social and rude until we met her. She was very nice and gave me several compliments. I really enjoyed my experience in this store and will shop again on my next visit.

Wow. Idk if they were understaffed or what but this was just plain awful. Couldn’t even look at the clothing because there was just piles of clothes all unfolded on all the tables. And guess what? It was a slow Tuesday afternoon! I know customers can suck because I work in retail and things don’t end up where they belong, but this store is totally unorganized and there was piles of clothes everywhere!!! It looked like a tornado hit a teenage girls room!

We visited the tanger outlets one our family vacation. One stop we always make is to the old navy as they always have awesome selection and deals. This time was a huge disappointment. The store it’s self looked horrible. I don’t think we walked past one table that was folded or appealing. As we got further to the back of the store there were hangers/​clothes on the floor we had a stroller with us and it was such a pain to walk through there having to pick up the mess just to get out of there. It looked like they were having sales but nothing was clear as the tables were a mess and jeans were mixed with ones that were and were not on sale. We ended up just leaving after all it was just more of a hassle and not an inviting place to spend any amount of time. We hope it’s better in the future but as for this trip it was a total disappointment and bust. Two thumbs down for sure.
