Creekside Sports Bar & Grille

I wonder if they even care that the reviews are so bad. Prob not. The atmosphere is great but that’s it. Service is horrible. We were there Friday night 5÷20÷16. Waited 45 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. Waited forever for drinks. No one cleared the apps off the table. No lights on the tables. Guitar player was good though. Won’t go back because there are a lot of other places with great atmosphere. Oh, and manager was RUDE!

The only saving grace of this place was the outstanding Italian Pork sandwich I had. Tender, mild, delicious, on a great roll. Unfortunately, that’s about all that was good.
Service was worse than deplorable. Came in with a group of about 30 people from a golf outing. My girlfriend and I ordered together. Her sandwich showed up in about two minutes, complete with cool French fries (despite her ordering it with chips). We think they just had it laying around and it was convenient to serve.
After about 20 minutes we inquired about my sandwich. They said they would put the order in again. I figure I should follow up on this, since my original order had a couple toppings held. Sure enough, they added the toppings, but we caught it before yet another order was messed up. I assure you, my order wasn’t the only one of the group that wasn’t right, either.
Bar service, too, was substandard.
It really shouldn’t take this much effort to spend money, folks.

Food ok. Service poor. Not recommended unless golfing here and want something close by.

Where do I start. Since this restaurant has changed hands the quality and service has dipped dramatically. The food is terrible and the service is horrible. The first instance of horrible customer service was during the summer time. I was pregnant and could not sit in a picnic style table on the patio. The hostess did not care about accommodating me and rolled her eyes and have such an attitude. Whatever I got to sit in at a table with chairs. When we were sat no one acknowledged is for maybe 20 minutes. No menus no silverware. Finally the waitress came over and did not apologize for keeping us waiting instead hopped right into taking our order. We ordered drinks and it took a half an hour for those to come out. Unacceptable. I am going to skip to the food. I being pregnant ordered a hamburger and fries. The burger was one of those mechanically separated meat kind of burgers. Tasted like a charcoal flavored sponge. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever ate and the restaurant has the odasity to say it’s real beef ya ok sure it is.
Another instance at this restaurant happened to my parents and friends this past weekend. They met friends there and had the same terrible service and attitudes. Skipping to the food, my mother for the burger and fries because it was something quick. When she was done eating she noticed two long black hairs on her plate. My mother has blonde hair so it was not hers. She summoned the waitress and she just gave my mother guff about the black hairs. She asked to speak to a manager and the waitress bluntly told her one was not around to help her. The bartenders girlfriend came over acting as the so called manager. My mother said she will not be paying for her meal as there was nasty hair in it. She told her that oh alls we can do is take a drink off. So my mother stated absolutely not I want to speak to a manager immediately. They kept telling her one was not available. The staff told her that they did not have the keys to comp the meal on the register. My mother stated that it was not her problem. Skipping ahead. My parents friends wanted coffee and the waitress bluntly and rudely told them that she would not get them coffee and that she was not going to make a pot for just one cup. Seriously? They all just sat there shocked.
As I said at the beginning of this post. This place has gone real down hill. The food is cheap and I am sure their kitchen is dirty since my mother found hair in her food under her fries. Plus I nearly got food poisoning while pregnant from their fake sponge burgers. If you want good food the fairways bar and grill across from the airport is really good as is the craft ale house. It is a shame that this place has tanked. It use to be really good and now it’s nothing but hungry man style dinners. Salty and fake food plus really rude and ignorant staff. So take my advice and steer clear or this place. It needs to be reported to the dept of health.

I really tried to like this place; tried 3 times in fact, but each time our bartender or server was just horrible.
— First time there was sitting at the bar for drinks and a quick sandwich. The cheesesteak was great, however the service was slow and terrible.
— Second time we came in to watch a band and we sat at a high bar table. Our server took forever to refill our drinks so we had to order two at a time. The other tables were getting service quickly and repeatedly yet we could never find our server to waive him down. My corned beef special was fantastic, but the others in my party had the open faced beef and the gravy hadn’t had the top layer skimmed off and was a chunky mess — ewwww. As the night went on, the drinks also got weaker.
— Third time we came for trivia night out on the patio. Looked like they had many servers, so we gave it another try. Horrible service and the fries were cold. Unfortunately we got the same server as trip number two and we left immediately after trivia was over.
We’re done with this place until they can get all of their staff to be proficient.

Love the outdoor patio and grill. Had the best teriyaki shrimp thanks to Chef Irish. Like when they have good music at happy hour. And the all you can eat crab legs special was awesome.

Really enjoy the patio weekends at Creekside. Good drink specials, food from the grill and great entertainment.

Took us about 10 minutes before the bartender even asked for our drink order. The menus were literally falling apart and covered in sticky residue. Service was subpar — the bartender was visibly impatient while we were deciding on our food order. Once our food came out, no one asked how it was or offered to refill our beers.
Food was okay — overpriced for what it was. Homemade chips were delicious. Beer selection was decent. Wouldn’t go back, unless I was playing golf and wanted to grab a cold beer.

Came into creekside to give it another try, this time around service was quick and pleasant. The food came out fast and was delicious. Much better experience I’m glad to see this place has improved so much. The outdoor patio is an awesome spot.

I really want to like this place (formerly Limerick Golf Club) but I have never experienced slower service. Ever. Had been going a few weeks for Wednesday night trivia when it was indoors and it was slow, but bearable. The last few times I have been trivia is moved to the beautiful new outdoor patio and we waited over 30 minuted to be greeted at the table, then 15 more minutes for our drinks alone (we were on the second round of trivia when we got our 1^st round of drinks). And what has me in such disbelief is that there seemed to be plenty of service staff for the amount of patrons seated. The food is typical pub grub (and I give 3 stars for the food) — although I cannot speak for the dinners since I have only had their sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. I think the wait staff just needs better training and this place could be so much better. Have been going inside now for drinks from the bar since it is much quicker!

We have been here before when it was the Sandtrap and had a good experience. Last night was the first time back since new management. We wanted to eat dinner out on the patio and listen to the band and was told we needed a reservation ??? Really… it wasn’t required when it was the Sandtrap and it’s not indicated on the website. So, we
decided to eat inside the bar. The food was good, but the service was poor.
The waiter brought out our appetizers and forgot the mozzarella sticks for my wife and daughter… was told that they were backed up on orders and we were eight inline. Then we were served our dinner, he forgot my wife’s Reuben and she decided to order a hamburger instead. It came out after the rest of us finished dinner. The check came in a reasonable time, but there appeared to be an over charge. I had ordered the pounder bucket, sign said 6 beers for $ 12 and it listed Landshark. I was charged $ 14 instead and was told that it was because it was a premium beer. Sign was misleading. Afterwards we went and sat on a picnic table with another pounder bucket and listened to the band… Left Edge was ok.
If you are considering going, beware that it does get busy and your service may suffer if your eating inside the bar. Advice to management, hirer more wait staff.

We have been here a few times now and really like it. It’s not perfect here but bottom line is the food is good If you need a cheesesteak, burger, or wings fix this is your spot. They also have a good beer selection.
Service here can be hit or miss but hasn’t been bad yet just seems like sometimes you get lost in the shuffle if they are busy. The first time we came here our server and service was awesome. The last two times we went it was pretty busy and food was a little slow to come out and check slow to come as well. I don’t want to nit pick this was only an issue for us the last time because we had somewhere to be, and gave a credit card with check and waited like 10 – 15 mins before getting the check back. I didn’t really mind though cause everyone was working hard they just seemed a little understaffed.
There are plenty of TV’s here with with sports on. It also seems like there is always an open Mic or band in here performing which we have enjoyed.
This is a fun bar with good food, and good beer and a couple service kinks to work out, but we are fans of Creekside.
