Absolutely one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with! We had a belt that went bad in our Front load dryer and had Mr appliance come out to fix, within 3 months the belt broke again. We called to have them come out and fix it since they said we had a 1year guaranteed warranty on the part. Needless to say Two men come out to our home, 1st never got the 30 minute call so my 15year old daughter was home with a girlfriend by themselves. The one guy asked if there was an adult In The home and she had told them no but the guys still came in our home. They couldn’t wait 5 minutes for her grandfather to come over so there was an adult in the home? They proceed in our home knowing there was no adult in the home and the one guy tells my daughter to do something with our dog which mind you he was two rooms away already in his crate!!! He was barking and obviously didn’t like it! so she has to take him out and it had been raining! He was covered in mud and we had a heck of a mess. She was nervous with the two guys being in our home and just took him out. Anyways they didn’t have the part they needed so it was suppose to come 3 days later. After hearing everything from our daughter about what had happened and not feeling comfortable about the situation we simply called to have someone else come out and put the part in. We automatically got an attitude from the office manager.(Mind you she is the girlfriend of one of the gentlemen that were here). Long story short we called corporate office and she went off on my husband about it and said she was severing ties with us and that she had talked with both of the guys and that our daughter was lying and that she had told them she and her friend were 18 years old. WHAT??? So we are out of $ 200+ dollars and had to call another company to fix our dryer which that guy said the part they had fixed the first time was an «after market part» I have never written a bad report about any company but when you simply don’t feel comfortable about a situation and simply ask for someone different to come into your home and they backlash and call your child a liar and say they severing all ties with you and won’t back up their guarantee. Not a company I want to EVER deal with so please beware! There are so many other companies out there that want your business and want to make it right with their customers.

Bad diagnostics, no return of calls and all around disappointment with service. The manager want’s to duck all contact with clients to resolve problems. Never again!

I am not happy with Mr. Appliance’s diagnostics or workmanship and the part installed does not fit my machine. They did not return my calls when I sought to resolve the issues. I don’t know about the service offered by other Mr. Appliance franchise owners, but I don’t recommend any service from the one based in Lima serving Troy, Tipp City or Dayton locations.

Should make a symbol for less than one star. Very poor diagnostic technicians, very poor customer service and overall a very bad company to do business with, save your money, get it fixed right, call Appliance Doctor or A & E, you will be a lot happier and your pocket book will be a lot fatter.

Will never hire them again. They have a great sales pitch to get you to use their service, too bad their word means nothing if there is a problem. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with our refrigerator and needlessly replaced parts at our expense. After 9 service calls and paying them over $ 600.00 they determined that it was not repairable and I’m out the money I paid them. Terrible service.
