Best customer service ever in ladies and bra dept. Not to mention they have the BEST breast feeding area in the downstairs bathroom in the entire NW Ohio area!

I recieved the best service from the ladies in the watch department. They took the links out of both my watch and my mothers watch. While they were taking care of the watches one associate complimented my Michael Kors purse and i told her i loved it but it was coming undone. She asked me if i had purchased it from macys i replied yes but let her know i bought it in Feb, she said it didnt matter and replaced it with no problem. I was beyond excited.
