I do not know how you are still in business. I have called for a cab the day before and the cab NEVER shows. The older lady who dispatches is the RUDEST person ever. She does NOT belong in a customer service job. Screen your employees better and have them do their jobs. It is what you pay them for, right? There are too many people who are kind, dependable, and have good work ethics to be saddled with the losers you employ now.

I called a cab for my driver and the dispatcher never took our information. I told her where and she said 30 – 45 min and I said«Ok, he’ll be waiting.» 1 hour goes by and no cab. We called and they said they never got a call but that they would be putting it in so the wait would now be 45 min to 1 hour. Ridiculous! The next day, unfortunately, I was needing cab service for him again, the dispatcher was extremely rude. Like they are just mad that they have to work there. Get another job lady!

I live two miles from Harry’s Hideaway. In any other city, a two-mile cab ride at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday would cost $ 5, tip included. Black and White charged $ 7.75! With, tip, I ended up paying $ 5 a mile to ride in a filthy minivan. The driver was friendly to me but kept carrying on a conversation with a woman I assume was her friend in the front seat. Neither was wearing a seat belt. I caught snippets of «she don’t do black men» and«that girl got a jealous streak.» I also learned about«Internet ho hoppin’» and other classy stuff. I’m not complaining about that part; it’s the only reason I added a second star. On the way to my destination, the driver actually STOPPEDATTHEBANK so her friend in the passenger seat could take care of some financial business. We sat for about five minutes while the friend made a transaction inside the bank, then were on our way. If you’re gonna charge me $ 7.75 for a two-mile ride, at least take me directly where I’m going.
