Publix

This deli is the worst. The deli employees are some of the worst in customer service that I’ve experienced. Wings are never available and when they finally are made, they are greasy and undercooked. I’ve made several complaints to management but little has changed. I will not be shopping at this store any longer.

This Publix is just as great as any other!

I love this Publix. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Luis was awesome last time I was there. I love the deli food, especially the subs, chicken tenders, potato wedges… I could go on. The carry out service is also what makes me a loyal customer. So helpful when you have kids in tow. Employee attitudes here is different than other grocery chains and you can really tell that management promotes good customer service. Two Publix brand items I like are their wheat bread and their parmesan cheese wedges (which I grate at home). They also actually follow up with you when you ask them to carry an item. In my case, they could not stock the Cedarlane burritos I wanted but at least they looked into it. Keep up the good work Publix!
