Visited the Alpharetta location today and it was a great experience. My hygienist, the front desk staff and the doctor were all awesome! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, cozy and friendly environment.

My experience was awesome. I was in the chair at the precise time that I was scheduled to be there. The receptionist and billing was seamless. It was an Excellent overall experience and will definitely refer others.

I got a bad experience ever in this office. We had been waiting two hours for a short consultation of 5 min with the dentist for teeth whitening. She didn’t even check my teeth, just talking, and give us the prices for teeth whitening and the crown. Then they charged us $ 78 (with insurance) because they said this is the cost of doctor time. Lovely! I spent two hours of my time doing nothing and had to pay that price. I know doctors’ appointment s are expensive but not with this experience. Even people with appointments had to wait an hour. Not recommended to go there. Too much hassle.

I was in & out faster than I expected. Dentist showed me things about my teeth that no other dental office ever mentioned. This office is located in a beautiful area very easy to find.

The wait time was ridiculous. It seemed like they only had one person working there! I had my appointment schedule for 1pm and I didn’t get to a dentist chair till about 1:45 even then I still hadn’t had my service cleaning. At that point I was frustrated and had to leave. Just because of that I will not be returning back and this wasn’t the first time where I had to wait this long. The doctor was nice however!
