Where do I start??? Run as fast as you can away from this place!
Negatives: increase in rent by a lot
Poor management and takes about 2 weeks for any maintenance issue to be fixed
Cars have been getting broken into at night
Roaches !!!
Very loud music always playing !!
Had to send corporate an email just to get them to follow up on a possible mold issue after speaking to management SEVERAL times about it ! There are much better places to rent from !!

Things wrong with my apartment within the first 5 days! Not to mention the run around by the rental office after i was approved! I was told things that wasnt true and was told «we have to find you something» after i paid my deposit! I was also told a specific unit was available at that particular time! And the procrastination and lies still proceed on! Dont expect expedited service when i comes to maintenance! You will hear,“oh we will send some one right over” they never show! Most rental properties show you the model when applying and the actual unit the day of lease signing. I tried to view the unit days before as i was promised i could do, but was given the run around! I was told oh they have to do this and they have to do that! So the day of the walk through of course it was fast and to the eye, everything looked ok! You cant tell whats wrong until you start living! Ok here is the list!
Day 1-​shortage in light switch in both bathroom and kitchen takes forever to come on! have to keep flicking the light off and on!
Reaks of wet dog smell, now that the air is turned off you can really smell it ugh!
Pantry key doesn’t work, door locked unable to store things!
Crack in bottom of the tub! You can feel it under your feet and hear a horrible sound as you walk around in the shower!
Burnt counter top
Screens in Windows bent, and need to! be replaced
Ceiling fan shakes as if its going to fall out the ceiling
Day 2
Pantry door fell off
Calling rental officev since day one about repairs, not one showed yet!
Day 3
Counter top guy came by to assess the counter for replacement, supposed to come on monday to replace!
Day 4
Freaking roaches
Im done!
This is going to be a long year! Dont move here!
