I’m not going to lie, I’ve probably spent over 12 years worth of late night visits here. I live in the area, and it’s the only place that never closes. This is my choice when there ISN’T another choice lol.
McDonalds sucks. The employees try… Some of them are good customer service types but my food is rarely made correctly. I spent $ 17 but the other night and all of it tastes like wet dog food. Maybe I’m just getting to old to consider McDonalds food, but this place sucks.

I have never received fresh food here. All food tastes 3 – 6 hours old. Very old.

The negatives are that something is regularly broken (e.g. Ice cream machine), the workers are rude, the dining room is generally a mess with trash everywhere, and the fries are often cold. The benefits of this location are the drink fountain that patrons can access, the changing table in the ladies room, and the kids play area.

Food is the same as any other McDonald’s but service here is not good. I have been through the drive thru three times. I ordered an ice cream cone once and the person at the drive thru was very impatient and got mad bc I needed 20 seconds to put my change away before grabbing the cone. The other two times I ordered coffee. Both times I asked for cream and Splenda. One time they said they put it in the bag and handed me an empty bag. The second time I asked them to make the coffee with cream and sweetner so this wouldn’t happen again and they refused and only gave me one creamer for a large coffee. This McDonald’s could work on their service and for that I give them a ²⁄₅.

I’ve only come here when my son wants a happy meal and every single time we’ve come they ask us to pull into the reserved parking spot and wait. How hard is it to have chicken nuggets ready? And his apple juice has been missing twice. Get it together. It’s not rocket science. It’s fries and a drink.

As usual McDonald’s, I didn’t see anything wrong here. Just because it’s in the congested location, it’s little hard to drive in and out, that also affect the wait time.
Pros– friendly service, decent time to serve, clean.
Cons– drive through sometimes very bad.

This is a very simple review as I have only been through drive thru once. I’m not often in this area but I swing by to visit my cousin and his business on occasion.
Therefore, this is a standard review compared to other McD’s. This location seems fairly new as the outward appearance is more modern. They have two lanes for the drive thru. And it’s 24 hrs.
Can’t comment on customer service but our drink was great! :)

Went a while back, horrible service from the «manager veronica» or something. She was very rude when I asked why I was denied the food I paided for, long story short, I would never go back. Pathetic
