The tables looked worse before we wiped them off. Everything was sticky, loud, & unorganized. We ordered over 30MINS ago & we still haven’t gotten our food. The cashier was okay. She wasn’t rude but definitely wasn’t welcoming. People came in ordered wings just like we did & they got there wings wayyyyyyy before us, even though we’ve been here way longer. I won’t be back. Horrible J buffalo. The ones in tucker & discover mills are wayyyyyy better! Don’t waste your time! UPDATE: they gave us our food in Togo box seven though it was for here. We asked her for the plates to move them over & she took the boxes & told us she was putting them into plates for here. We said okay. As we waited we see her calling out orders. One guy didn’t respond so she threw the plate on the counter behind her, & the ticket STRAIGHT on top of the food. While the other cashier spoke to her friends over the counter as people waited to order. I’m so over this place. SECOND update: the food was cold. I picked up the fries & they were cold. My wings were cold. & surprisingly the celery was warm. We just got a refund. Don’t. Go. Here.

My husband has been raving about this place all year. I decided to check it out. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fried rice my husband ordered the cheeseburger with fries. We were one of two couples in the place. 45 minutes later the food came out. My meal was great but my husbands giant burger was well done and smashed so it was as dry as could be. The two ladies behind the counter just chatted the entire time not checking on the status of our food. Why they don’t make burgers the temp the customer wants I have no idea. Maybe it’s because the beef isn’t that good. All I know is my husband said it was the worst burger he’s ever had. I’ll go Back for wings and to try other things but I’ll make sure we have an hour to waste.

We Went here for lunch. At first the service was fine upon placing the order. After waiting 40 minutes for our food I went to ask when it would be ready. The ladies working the counter started getting an attitude and offered excuses. While waiting we watched the employees flirt with some guys and use their cell phone. Not a customer friendly restaurant. We took our food home and we agreed the wings had no flavor and were very dry. The fries had no salt. There are much better places for wings in the area. Atlanta’s Best Wings is just around the corner.

This place has the WORST customer service. I waited 15 minutes for my lunch order while the 2 ladies taking orders sit there and talk to friends coming in giving them a discount.

Definitely the best wing spot in Snellville to the least. Good customer service, pretty clean dining area and the prices are decent with lots of options. If you know what you want I would definitely recommend calling your order and however so you’re not waiting too long.

Disappointing. Converted BK, lots of customers waiting for large takeout orders. Took 35 minutes for food to come out. Boneless wings were«meh» — overcooked, breaded chunks of white meat chicken, kinda chalky. Fried okra was really good. Fries were not all that great. Gyro meat was dry and crusty. Inside décor was done by a teenager. Loud video games and billiard table, along with takeout crowd milling in the dining area were very annoying. Not inclined to give it a second chance.

Stopped by here for the first time looking for a new dive that’s off the major food chain grid. So as I’m looking through the menu I. notice they have a good variety of food. I look up and also notice in the window they had a 50 wing and fries for about $ 30. So I decided to get that I mean hey you can’t really mess up wings I’m thinking. The food was okay not great as I got their lemon pepper flavor wings. The wings were bland for my taste and they were tiny baby wings so they went really quickly as I have 3 children and a husband. The customer service was cool, mostly young kids who were quick on their feet and accurate with the orders. I would go here again but not for wings.

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with the shrimp fried rice. Bad The Philly was a bit soggier than I like and they put everything in styrofoam containers Good The fried rice was AMAZING and there is a decent drink selection Since I’m not a local I’d probably never make it back, but I would recommend this place to those locals looking for a dive to enjoy once in a while.

One of my fav lunch spots… Reasonably priced, and fairly quick considering everything is cooked to order… Good Philly, great boneless wings, the hot teriyaki is awesome… Good burger, good gyro, good tilapia sandwich… Scorching hot crinkle fries, And I hear the fried rice is great… Large portions, clean restaurant, and they even sell beer if you are so inclined… I’m hungry now…

Love love love the weird combo of chicken wings and fried rice! I’ve always used a popular wing place down the street from this. This place first started as my go-to wing place when the others were too busy. Now it’s one of my favorites! Their wings are awesome and add in the combo of fried rice. It’s amazing! Their fried rice is so good! Once they closed their other Lilburn location(off of hwy 29& beaver ruin) — this one opened and is BOOMING! Now, the Hwy29&Beaver Ruin location is back open! Can’t wait to go back!(It’s been 4 days already!) lol!

Very good Philly, if a little saltier than I prefer. Better than most, in fact. But more importantly this is one of very few places that serve fried okra. It’s obviously frozen okra, but that’s all you can find if you can find it at all. Still pretty good, and you get a ton of it. The service was pretty quick, too.

The wings are very good. You can even have a beer and watch the game. The garlic wings and the teriyaki are a must.

So I went here once it was shortly after they opened maybe about a month or so, and I hope this is the excuse for my experience there being horrible. So first of after waiting 45 minutes for a order of 10 piece boneless wings and fries(It wasn’t even busy) they got the order wrong and gave me the wrong flavor. Then I waited an additional 15 minutes, grabbed my food and went home. Noticed that my fries weren’t in the bag so I had to go back and get the fries. Food was cold by the time I was able to sit down and eat, and the wings had like a weird doughy batter. Wasn’t worth the wait or the trouble. I haven’t been back since. I now stick to Atlanta’s Best Wings right down the street from them. Hopefully they’ve gotten it together by now.

I have a 2hr wait for my car to be repaired and i have nothing to do. so I decided to take a walk to this place because the walk to Chili’s is much farther. This is a very clean friendly spot. The staff suggested i try their fried rice and it was good so was the wings. I’ll do this again, yes I would.

My new favorite wing place! The food is always good and the staff is generally very patient. Ask for Cheyenne. She’ll make sure your order is perfect.
