Domino’s Pizza

WELL THERE GOES ANOTHER DOMINOS DISAPPOINTMENT!
Disappointed in the product and the service!
Ordered a large pie with DOUBLE pepperoni and DOUBLE cheese with light sauce. And a chicken alfredo pasta. First off the lady just slides the the pizza over the counter with the pasta on top and don’t even bother to show me the pizza (they always open the box and show how good the pizza is). But this time she just shoved them across the counter, and demanded payment. I opened the pizza box and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in what I saw. There were THREE spots in the middle of my pie that was nothing but dry cooked dough! One as big as the bottom of a coke can. NO SAUCE, NO CHEESE, AND NO PEPPERONI! But all the girl wanted to do was argue with me over the toppins. I really wanted to tell her what she could do with the pizza and her arguing. But I had hungry people waiting at home. The pie was DRY with NO sauce very little cheese and very little pepperoni. The pasta had probably a half cup of sauce, the chicken and noodles were cooked till they were dried out and almost inedible. Wife had about five bites and fed it to the dog. All in all it was just a huge waste of money. And the kicker is everybody wanted Pizza Hut, but Nooooo I said dominos was good and cheaper. BUT TRUST ME IT WAS NO BARGIN EATING SHIT PIZZA, AFTER GETTING SHIT SERVICE!!! WE WILL JUST CONTINUE OUR BUSINESS WITH PIZZA HUT WHERE THE PIZZA ARE COOKED HOW YOU LIKE THEM. IF NOT THEY ARE RECOOKED WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
THE WAY THEY LOOKED AT ME AT THIS DOMINOS, THEY WOULD HAVE PROBABLY SPIT IN MY PIE HAD THEY HAD TO REMAKE IT!!!

The pizza was fine. They forgot to put the mushrooms on my pizza which ticked me off so as far as preparation, since that was the only variable I added to their formula, they failed. I gave them a one-​star on their own internal review for preparation.
I fell asleep after that because it was 9 at night and I have been traveling all day (6 a.m. flight out of New York followed by classes all day). I get a call from Felix the manager. I told him that he woke me up and he kept talking. He offered me a HUGE $ 5 credit on my next order and then proceeded to insist that I change my review on their site. Kept talking to me even though I tried to end the call. He.just.kept.talking.
So it’s twenty minutes later and I’m posting this review because I couldn’t fall back to sleep because I was full of rageface. You’d think that after saying «Oh, you woke me up» he would have suggested calling back at another time… I could have not answered the phone, but people don’t tend to call at 10 at night if they don’t have a fairly good reason.
