Apparel Care Master Dry Cleaners

I had two jackets clean here. One was a wool & leather material so they needed an extra two weeks to clean it. Three weeks later I get my jacket missing the belt. I ask if they could look for it (maybe they took it off and just forgot to put it back on). The owner immediately starts yelling at me, denying I was even a customer. When he was done I showed him my receipt.
When he had it he started telling me then how he remembers that jacket specifically never had a belt. Lol I told him he didn’t need him to be defensive, I just would like for him to look. He then went to tell me it’s not there… No intentions of even looking for it.
There’s other launder mats in the area, this one is not worth a trip.
Three weeks to clean two jackets for one to come back missing the belt…
