Thank you thank you Adam. He fixed my broken IPhone 6+ screen within 10 minutes. It’s a very small shop located in the Harbor Mall(upstairs). This place is worth having a broken screen changed, other than buying a new phone if you can’t afford one.

I was at one of the falls having a great day sittin on a rock soakin up the sun when I got up from the rock and my clumsy self drops my iPhone onto the rocks right under me. It was protected with a waterproof case, ballistic glass phone screen, and $ 50 case mate and the iPhone screen still somehow ended up breaking. I felt safe because I’ve dropped it countless of other times before and it never had broke. But I guess concrete, wood, and tile floors was never as strong as Kauaian rocks. So my screen was messed up. It would spazz out in different colors from the cracks. What’s worse is that the cracks were on the LCD screen itself, not the glass. So I could see all the damage on the screen but I couldn’t physically feel any cracks on the glass. It drove me crazy trying to use the phone on parts of the screen that weren’t cracked and just having it be a wild card if the cracked part of the screen would work when I touched it. I’m attached to my iPhone so if you thought I was going to wait until I got on the mainland to fix my phone then you’re underestimating me and my phones relationship. FYI I found this place using my friends working iPhone. $ 160 to fix it. «Can’t you wait until you get on the mainland? That’s expensive» my friend told me. I know it’s expensive. It’s about $ 75-$ 100 to fix it in Los Angeles but the cost of living in Hawaii is higher and the demand for working iPhones while on vacation is even higher. And there’s no way I was going to spend the rest of the time on the island not able to take pictures. Yeah, right. So within a couple of hours after breaking my screen I walked into the store settled that I’d spent that money to fix it. I was lucky to have the owner of the business himself fix my iPhone right before my very own eyes. I think he’s a young friendly chill transplant from West Virginia. I saw 3 other customers of his while I was there. 1 when I got there was getting his phone fixed so I had to wait a few minutes, another dropped off her iPad for him to fix, and another came in just as he was finishing fixing my phone so he gets busy. He replaced my glass ballistic screen protector for free, or it’s included in the fee. But I’m glad he did since the price of fixing the screen was so expensive compared to getting it fixed in California.

My wife’s phone had water damage from a wave in Kauai. The guy said there was a 7⁄10 chance to get the phone back up and running and save the data. We left the phone at the shop for 24 hours to allow the iPhone 6 to dry. The next day we picked up the phone and the guy said the phone could not be saved and charged us $ 40 for his services. My wife had to purchase another iPhone at the local AT&T store. If you are visiting the island as a tourist be careful for the surge of waves as they creep quickly and can catch you by surprise. The service was ok, it’s sorta hard to rate someone out of good faith that they know what they are doing. It was a last resort for us and had to give it a shot. –WB

Best phone repair experience ever. Shattered iPhone screen while on vacation. Thought only option was to file claim and wait for replacement phone which would take longer than my vacation. Went to kiosk at Kukui Grove to repair place. Girl recommended Adam at KPR at Harbor Mall. Took phone there and within 1 hour I was back in business. Phone perfect! Thank you so much!!! I wish he was on the mainland when I need help!
