This gym is awesome! Super friendly staff greets you instantly, and they’re more than accommodating with their short term visit fees! $ 25 got me a week long pass to the gym and classes.
Lots of circuit strength training machines, plenty of free weights, benches, and cardio equipment. Personal training staff all over, and never too crowded (even after work hours)
They are open 5am-​10pm m-​sat! Shorter hours Sundays.
Will always be my go to home away from home gym when I come back to deerfield!

This is a great place to work out. I really like that I don’t have to wait for a stair master, or any other piece of equipment. It’s a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by my first name. The owners Brian and Lucy, are great trainers that really motivate you to push yourself harder. They have other great trainers and classes for all fitness levels. Spinning on Saturdays is a blast! If your looking for a gym that’s friendly, clean, and has great hours, I would highly recommend LHP gym!

Great location. Parking lot is secure. Awesome staff and variety of group fitness. A number of trainers on hand to assist. Owners in and around gym all the time. Great group of people in there!
