BURGERFI

First let me say we were all thrilled that a Burger Fi come to our community. This location is a beautiful location the restaurant is clean in the dining room is inviting. We’ve been in the restaurant both to eat in and take out probably a dozen times since it opened and we always find the food to be consistent and fresh. For the first time at this location we tried the hot dogs and they didn’t disappoint they were a good size and grilled to perfection. The onion rings are still probably my favorite thing on the menu there a good size and when you eat them you really feel like you’re eating an onion and not just breading. The only reason my review doesn’t have five stars for this location is they are still working out the kinks on the customer service, while everyone is friendly it seems to always take a really long time to place and receive my order. So for the time being I highly recommend you visit them, just going in with a little bit of patience.

Food is delicious! Music is nauseating! Might just eat at home next time. Also the employees could simile once in awhile.

Great burger joint that just opened in lighthouse point. Great veggie choices and love the green wrap (no bread). However, they constantly put cheese on orders we do with no cheese. That’s annoying. Otherwise very friendly staff.

It is very good and clean and it has nice people and the atmosphere is superb! Plus great portions and for small but average price. I would definitely recommend this for noobies or new comers to Florida or that have not tried it!

Food is pretty awesome. Desserts are great. I used to come in on a regular basis and spoke with one of the girls named Nadiya which I believe to be one of the managers. She was always awesome with helping me choose what to eat and checking on everyone in the joint and making sure all is good. Not sure what happened to her, don’t see her anymore but food is still awesome and recommend to everyone looking for cheap quality food.

This is a pretty good burger place. I love the onion rings! Cheese sauce is a must for the fries. They also serve ice cream and beer. I come here with my family all the time.

I’m not sure why this place has such negative reviews. It’s not some formal dining establishment, it’s a burger joint. I’ve also seen a lot of reviews with comparisons to Charm City, so I’d like to address that as well.
If you want a quick, tasty, quality burger, this place is great. I usually make my own burger with swiss, jalapeños, bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, and some of their house sauce. If you’re going with some company, get an order of the half onion rings and half seasoned fries. Super tasty. The seasoned fries are way better than the plain IMO. They have a pretty decent beer selection for a quick burger joint, but they also have a Freestyle Coke machine which is always nice. For dessert, I highly recommend a caramel Oreo «concrete,» which is like a milkshake on steroids, and insanely addictive and tasty!
Are the burgers huge? No. Get a double if you’re hungry. Get a triple if you overeat like a Neanderthal. A single with toppings and sharing the «fry & cry» or fries & onion ring combo is MORE than enough for one person with normal portion control. Their burger meat is good quality, fresh, buns are toasty, ingredients are solid. Prices are reasonable.
Charm City is delicious, but you’re talking a burger the size of your head instead of a burger fit for one normal meal. Charm City is sloppy, overflowing, albeit delicious burgers, and they’re about twice the price of a place like Burger Fi. I wouldn’t say they compete with one another as sometimes you’re in the mood for a ginormous Charm City burger that leaves you feeling like you ate an entire cow, and sometimes you just want a normal-​sized burger. They both serve a purpose and they’re both good.
This is a newer location and I really would give them a 3.5 instead of 4 only because of service inconsistency and it can sometimes take a while to get your food, but often the staff is pretty nice. They’ll improve with time. Their food quality is still pretty consistently good. It’s a good alternative for a quick beer & burger that won’t leave you in a food coma for 12 hours afterwards.

one of my kids favs. .but I like it too. I bought the breakfast all day burger last time, but next time I am thinking. . double cheeseburger with bacon and egg.. simpler version. The maple syrup and hashbrown is good, but just too over the top.
I was impressed they had a free face painter on Tuesday nights. could not get my boys to participate…too old.. .I was willing to do it with them!
overall.. very nice staff, good food and very convenient.

Had to be fair after giving a not-​so-​good review the first time I dined at the lauderdale-​by-​the-​sea location. This time I tried the one on us1 in Pompano and I brought my friend Rudy along with me. I use the gift card that was given to me complimentary and ordered the all day breakfast burger a single burger ala carte and also the veggie burger along with onion rings. Still a bit pricey but this isn’t Burger King or McDonalds and everything is very fresh so I guess that’s where the extra part of the charge comes in. I again commented on how pricey the sioda was and I was told about he new soda machines and the cartridges and their cost so I understand the price of the sodas a little better. The onion rings are always superior… The all day breakfast burger was very good it had bacon and hash fried and maple syrup on a cheese burger. angus beef burger… it was very good. the ala carte burger had cheese, jalapenos and onions and that tasted really good also. nice and juicy and the beef tasted very good. HERS the problem. I ordered the veggie burger. and that is not something i liked at all. not that it was horrible. it was the soft interior texture and taste that I didnt like. The outside was cooked excellent and was very crunchy (the manager who came to check on us and to ask if all was ok told me they make the veggie burger with an egg and to ask for it to be cooked well done so its not so smushy). I think that was the problem with my first time trying burger fi It was the veggie burger that I wasnt that fond of. I couldnt take off one star just because i personally didnt like the veggie burger it was ok. i am just a beef lover I guess… Did I enjoy Burger Fi this time. YES I really did… would i return, sure I would. It was good and the beef burgers are really good.5 stars from me. Thank you for the complimentary gift card and Im glad I gave Burger Fi a second chance!

After 3 years of Friday night dining, whenever we were in town, we had a falling out with our «spot» and decided to look for somewhere new. Since they were showing up as a member of the Alaska Airlines (and many others) dining reward program an added bonus would be earning 5 miles per dollar on everything too!
As it turns out we are very happy with the decisions.
Great made to order burgers with a great variety of toppings. The fries are OK (5 Guys is still the winner) but the onion rings are near perfect. The soda fountain offers a seemingly endless selection of beverages and there is also a varied selection of draft and bottled beers. The staff are delightfully friendly and their service is excellent.
The restaurant is kept spotless. 4 visits now and looking forward to many more.

Worst ever. After a bad first experience we decided to give this a second chance. After entering and staff finally acknowledged me, staff did not correctly listen to order and Mis-​ordered despite a correct receipt stating what I wanted. (Just like 1^st visit). After receiving correct order 10 minutes later. Burger was greasy, and overpriced. Onion rings were raw and not cooked (I left all of them on table). For price I paid I could have had a sit down meal and again service is lack luster.
This is strike 2 and you lost me at hello… twice! For the money and location I would expect better.
My advice, Charm city burgers is definitely best place in area for burgers.

It was OK! hubs and I shared a burger, and got onoion ringd and fries, with a shake! Nothing amazing, nothing i havent had, just a simple good butger.

Kind of small for a double burger, and also kind of dry and flavorless. And $ 15 for a burger and a cheeseburger – no drinks and no fries! Charm City in Deerfield has them beat.
The owner’s comments don’t tell me how they intend to make their burgers better. I guess they could start by making bigger burgers. If they hand-​cut the fries, maybe they could hand-​make the patties. Also, a little more of the sauce would help.

Great time! My burger tasted awesome. The ice cream was delicious! The staff were very helpful. I will definitely be back again soon.

The worst hamburger I’ve ever tasted, no seasoning. The meat literally could not be cooked any further, it was equal to eating shoe leather. When I looked at the menu, I initially contemplated ordering a double because I thought it would be too much food. Boy was I wrong I had to look to see if their were two parties. These hamburger patties are no thicker than a .39 cent hamburger from McDonald’s, however McDonald’s actually taste better and is juicier. This burger fi patty was dry, tasteless and a supreme disappointment. I knew I was in for a bad hamburger when the cashier never asked you a key question «how would you like your hamburger cooked» the reason, they don’t care.
I see burger Fi being around for 1 – 2 years

I have been living in Lighthouse Point for 10 years. This area is in need of great places to have a casual bite to eat (lunch and dinner!) I am so thrilled to have BurgerFi in our neighborhood!
I ordered the veggie burger «greenstyle» (a lettuce bun) and was surprised at how crisp and crunchy the lettuce was. Best veggie burger I have ever had. I was impressed with the flavors and taste. I also ordered fries and had the parmesan topping added to the fries (something def worth trying). They were so yummy! I don’t think I can eat regular fries anymore now without this topping! Great quality! Good atmosphere! A very clean, open and inviting environment. I cannot wait to bring all my friends here :) Welcome to LHP BurgerFi!

Hamburger terrible, got special BugerFi double and was double bad! Fries just ok, onion rings good but greasy. Would not go back, sorry to say cause the design looks great and concept too but A burger place should have good to great burgers or change your name!

Received call during week from store manager so
Went back today Aug. 2^nd gave me free burger, cause they really care and want to do a good job, the owner was there and a super nice guy. I feel bad but burger was really no better then first visit maybe a bit warmer but did not taste fresh cooked. Really feel bad cause I know the owner and manager care but maybe they need new cooks or they should try eating burger themselves.

Filthy. no clean tables in the place and a bunch of workers behind the counter doing nothing. Unusual for a new place. I guess they just don’t care. Get your burger to go or bring cleaning supplies to clean your own table.

the burgers are «natural», but they don’t taste very good. Every location seems to make the shakes differently also. This place hasn’t properly trained the workers because they don’t seem to know anything. It’s a cool looking place for a burger joint. But I’d rather go to 5 guys myself.

WOW! Opening Day and so much can go wrong!
HOWEVER, this store pulled it off! Management should praise this group of employees for listening to customer needs, even when the request is not a direct one.
Here’s the story: My Mother-​in-​Law, wife, infant son and I went to this location on opening day for dinner. Our order was a little messed up, but not a total loss. The server, who brought our food to us, noticed it immediately upon setting the tray on the table. My Mother-in-Law’s burger had not made it and was not on the receipt. Somehow, the young lady taking our order missed that part. (It was loud and they were very busy. Plus, since my wife had taken the baby to a table, it could have easily been confusing why two people were ordering 3 burgers and two of everything else.)
My Mother-​in-​Law went to go stand in line to order her burger and gave up, since the line was so long. She came back to the table to split my wife’s burger. The server must have seen all this happen. The manager came over and asked what she would like to order, took the order to the kitchen and delivered the burger — no charge.
THIS is customer service! Not just hearing the issue at hand, but being proactive and responding to the need.
