Best Verizon experience I have ever had thanks to Taylor. We had to pull two lines from two different account which turned out to be tricky but Taylor made the process smooth and easy. Taylor was friendly and very helpful when it came to explaining deals and prices. Even though it took a while it didn’t even seem that long and he did his best to get us out at a reasonable time. I would give him more stars if I could and shout out to the other guy working too. They were both so nice and even laughed at my father in laws corny jokes.

Unbelievable customer service.
I came in with a cracked iPhone screen looking to buy a screen protector. The guy behind the counter told me that it would be best to just use Scotch tape, then he actually brought out some packing tape, applied it to the screen, carefully smoothed out the bubbles, and took a razor to the edges so they weren’t hanging off. He did all of this knowing that it wouldn’t result in any sort of sale.
To top it all off, he actually came and opened the door for me as I left. (I saw another employee do this for another customer, as well, so it must be standard practice.)
It was an unexpectedly great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I enjoyed my time at this store.
Yup, you read that right. I actually ENJOYED changing my cell phone service. Why?
Not only were the guys friendly and helpful, they joked around and genuinely seemed to love working there! On a boring Tuesday night when I’ve got nothing else to do, I could actually hang out in this store and have a good time.
Scott and Taylor are great. They might even hold the door for you as you walk your bike out. See? Chivalry isn’t dead.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers and it shows, believe me I spent near two hours with them this afternoon! Had an issue that couldn’t be resolved near as simply as most and throughout it all Josh was very courteous and professional. Thanks man, good luck on your Stage 2– Stage 3 upgrades!

Just walked out of the Verizon Store in Libertyville. I preordered an iPhone 6 on Oct 5 over the phone bc I was told their backorder was out 1 week vs the corporate store being Oct 31st. The rep took all of my acct info and placed the preorder online. He told me to wait for an email and that 2 days later they would contact me that the phone was in. The phone was backordered and when I went in to pick it up and trade in my old phone I was told that the promotion for trade ins was over. NEVER was I informed when I placed the PREORDER on OCT 5th…10 days prior to the deadline that I had to fill out a special submission form to qualify.
No apologies… Only sorry ma’am we can’t do anything about it… we tell all of our customers… it’s your fault…
And now my trade in is worth $ 100 less and I miss out… don’t you think I would have filled out an online form to save $ 100 if I had known sir???
Moral of the story I would never trust this store and question their ethics.

I despise dealing with Verizon but sometimes I feel they are the best service option based on our family needs. I have had problem after problem with the company stores and even another premium retailer (now shut down). I have worked with senior corporate staff on dealing with these problems. So, why 5 stars? Cause, the people at this store cut through all the BS. They are my family’s personal shoppers. I trust these people like my own family or best friends. They are not going to sell you something you do not need. Just make sure you tell them as much about your personal requirements and they will guide you in the best direction for your needs and your budget.

Generally — I’ve always hated going to the cell phone store. Until I became a customer of the Cellular Connection. These guys are great! Awesome service!
