We had two visits in 2014. We were assured by the front desk that our bill was going to be a physical but we actually got charged. The billing office told us to disregard the bill and after 2 years we got a bill from a collection agency. Now it is too late to do anything because too much time has passed, thanks to their lack of ethics. It is not about your health, they just want your money.

I have only seen Dr. Gupta once so far, but I’m very excited to continue with her. My main doctor of 12 years recently moved, leaving me without a General Internist. I had two different people in the medical field (one doctor, one nurse) give me Dr Gupta’s name as a referral, which was a good sign. She’s clearly respected and known.
She has a nice office in a little industrial area. The office is bright and clean, has comfy seats in waiting room. The staff was friendly (which is a huge win, because this is NOT the case at most doctor’s offices). The wait was minimal, and she spent a fair amount of time in the room with me.
Dr Gupta herself was very friendly, and seemed to ask all the right questions. She seemed smart and knowledgable, and personable.
Once i’ve developed more of a relationship I’ll come back and update my review — but for now I’m going to give 4-​stars. After initial visit: Very nice office, friendly staff, and doctor seems great!
