First time I went there I was not happy at ALL. (Summer 2015) paid almost $ 65 for one of their «spa» pedicures. The massage literally was ZERO. She never even attempted. So I awkwardly asked her to do it and she half assed it for about 2 mins. As I’ve said in my other reviews, I get pedicures mainly for the massage. I am always on my feet waitressing/​bartending as my second job. I need to relax and someone to work on my extremely sore feet. I usually don’t do this, but being that I was paying A LOT for this pedicure, I went to the manager and spoke to him and he sincerely apologized, he told me to ask for him next time and he will take better care of me. He said this isn’t the first complaint he’s gotten about the girl. I wish he would’ve at least taken a little off but it’s whatever.
Now I’ve been back a few times and I have never left disappointed. I haven’t seen that girl since. They are a little more pricey than most, but overall do a good job. Place is very clean and all of the nail technicians are nice! I love the way they do gel manicures. They shape the nail nicely and take their time. Make sure to make an appointment though. They seem to get quite busy!
(I still don’t agree that any of the products they use for the «upgrade pedicures» is worth it. If you look up the brand and type of spa you’re getting you will be absolutely shocked to see how much they pay for it, it’s disgustingly cheap)
