I was a walk in mid-morning when the salon wasn’t too busy. I asked for a particular level of mani/pedi. The tech seemed a little rough, trimming the cuticles so close one toe bled. He finished my pedi before either of the ladies sitting on either side of me who had started before I arrived. The mani seemed rushed. Again the tech trimmed cuticles so close one bled. I jumped and jerked my hand back. He never said a word. The nail polish was very sloppy. Before he was finished, a woman came in who said she and a friend had an appointment with my tech and one other that was due to start immediately. I guess that’s the reason for the rushing. The polish on my fingers started chipping almost immediately. I may give them another try or I may try another salon.
