Wow. I have never had such a positive experience with repair and I’ve used many repair services over the years… Sometimes I wonder if I am being scammed or if the person really knows what the problem is and how to fix it. Numerous times it has felt like I paid an hourly rate for a technician«trying to figure it out» and even then, the issue isn’t always resolved. Resulting in multiple service calls or an entire replacement after failed attempts. This is NOT the case with Able appliance repair! I had Doug come out for a cook top issue and he not only identified what the problem was, he informed me of what caused it, how to possibly fix it myself, if my fix doesn’t work how much it would cost to order new parts and repair it. Going over all my options and considering his experience in this area of repair, I opted to try and fix the issue myself. He called before showing up, he was punctual, polite, informative, professional, and honest. Best part — he left without charging me a service call. I’m still pleasantly shocked about that one. I will use them again if need be and refer them every opportunity I have!
