Paradise Pools & Spas

Totally impressed with Paradise Pools… from the beginning intro meeting, to the construction and outcome and now the on-​going availability for any questions that we have. It rained (a lot) in the Austin area during the process and they knew we were trying to have the pool ready for a birthday party… and they made it happen. A big thanks to Carl for listening and delivering exactly what we wanted and to Logan for his impeccable follow-​through — customer service at its best.

Carl and Logan are the best! 18 Months ago we decided that we wanted a new pool and started doing a ton of research on companies and what type of pool we wanted. We contacted eight different pool companies both big and small to give us quotes. Most of the big companies promised to do everything we wanted but we were very nervous about all of the bad review they had online. Some of the small companies had issues as well from not showing up on time for the consultation or showing up wearing flip flops and dirty clothes. When interviewing Paradise we were impressed with there professionalism and the way they took the time to explain everything to us in great detail.
In the end we went with Paradise because we felt the most comfortable with them and the price was reasonable and within the budget we had outlined. Either Logan or Carl and sometimes both of them were on the job site on a daily basis checking on the subs and making sure everything was done correctly. During the process I made a couple of changes and they handled that well and did what it took to make me happy. I know if I ever have a problem it’s only going to take one phone call to get it resolved.
In the end we are very pleased with the work and just how quickly and easy the process was. My kids love the pool and I see many years of fun around it.

Paradise Pools & Spas built our pool back in 2000, and we were very happy with the result. When it was time to do some refurbishing and make some updates this year, we were happy to have Carl handle the job. Once again, the job went as planned without a hitch, and we are completely satisfied with the result. The workmanship of the stone masons and re-​plaster workers he brought in was top notch. Carl personally stayed in touch with us during the job and even after the job was completed, to ensure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. We would definitely use Paradise Pools & Spas again, and I highly recommend them.
