I have known Don and used Liberty Hill Auto for 3 years now and can say from my experiences Don runs a quality shop. I have 7 vehicles that must be maintained and I have never felt like Don was being dishonest. In the auto repair industry being able to trust someone is the most important thing to me and I can recommend Don and his guys without fear you would ever hate me for sending you to him. I don’t always like the price of the repairs I have to do, who does?, but at least I don’t have to second guess that I’m being sold a widget or part that isn’t needed.

I have used Don and LH Auto Center to keep my car (and the clunkers I bought my kids when they turned 16) running for years! In my experience, he has always been fair, honest and affordable. With the older cars, he has always discussed options that make sense for cars of that age. He’s also found minor repair needs and suggested we do them ourselves to save the money. That’s the kind of consideration I appreciate in a mechanic. We also have never had a problem with a repair having to be re-​done.

Don charged a small non-​profit $ 200 for a diagnostic check that Autozone would have done for free. The thing that’s most irritating to me is he didn’t call them to let them know of his fee before he did the check. SHADY MOVE DON! SHADY MOVE! Most honest mechanics I know, call before any fees are charged. If he’s willing to do this to a very small Christian NON-​PROFIT home for homeless teens, what is he doing to YOU, average Joe the Consumer??? Makes me wonder, as should you. BEWARE…
