I just stood out in the rain for 30 minutes waiting for a cab from this company. I did take precautions. I ordered it 3 hours earlier than my departure time and I allowed ½ hour for a 2-mile trip. I called after 20 minutes and the dispatcher said the cabbie would be here«soon.» I asked what«soon» meant and he told me it depended on how long it took«them» to shovel out the cars. Granted, this is 2 days post-Nemo; however, if one wants to be somewhere on time, one usually leaves enough time to shovel, etc. It’s not like we haven’t experience snow before here.(A cabbie should not have just moved here because s/he would not know her/his way around enough to drive a cab). So, in short, I won’t use this company again and perhaps you who are reading this will think twice before you call them.
