This was a new experience for me as I’d never been to a «Drive-thru» oil change/service establishment. I loved it. It was a very quick (~10−15 min) and cheap oil change as well as check-ups of everything else. What really impressed me was the politeness, professionalism, and above all, the transparency of their process. They showed me all the components that they noticed required attention and gave me recommendations.

I have to be honest… I usually only go here because of the extreme convenience. Oil changes are usually a pain in the butt and take forever, but here you’re only limited by the number of people ahead of you on line.
I will say they make some good recommendations on taking care of your car… Although depending on who your service technician is they may try to sell you things unnecessarily (especially air filters). Regardless, they’re always friendly, polite, and occasionally hilarious.
Not that you’ll need it, but they do have a waiting room. I will caution you that it’s tiny and the bathroom is unearthly humid and dank. Also, woe upon you if you try to use the water fountain. You will either end up with a face full of water or soak the neighboring windshield wiper display.
Granted, this is not the perfect instant oil change. It’s just good enough. And definitely smarter than going to the dealership.
