Being from the DMV area. I became a regular at UNOs. my favorites are always the mashed potato skins(pizza skins), the prima pepperoni, and the peanut butter cup(a must have for any Reese’s lover).I mostly have had pretty good experiences. but recently I moved to the upstate of SC. after a few months I began to have a UNOs hankering so I located the closest one to me. it is located about 85 miles from me in Lexington, SC. For me I will travel the world just to get my craving fix. hearing they have s few nice malls in the area, I decided to bring my wife along for the day. Sorely, I was so disappointed. The atmosphere was very nice. but that’s about all I can say. I ordered my usual. pizza skins. they came out lukewarm in the middle. which I am not a fan of cold mashed potatoes. and no sour cream. when I told the waitress she said its gonna take at least 20 mins cause they gonna have to make them over. I said no problem. came along way to get these. then she said something about the kitchen is costing her money cause we gonna be there for awhile. told her nevermind, just bring the sour cream. apparently she forgot. still waiting for that. My wife ordered the mucho nachos. she asked for no black olives and no banana peppers. but it seems the server must have said put extra cause it seemed as if it was as many of them as it was chips. So when we told the server, her response was, I told the cooks, I guess they messed up. what a response. no offer to make it over or anything. I just told her to take them off. without them the nachos were good. frustrating you can’t get something the way you wanted it tho. and they charged me for guacamole that she asked for on the side but never received. By now, seeing that the server was already flustered, I told my wife to just chalk this visit up as a bad day already. Then the entrees came. Another major disappointment. I always get the regular size pie. eat some and take the rest home. But this time, the cheese wasn’t even melted.inedible.just figured I would take it home and cook it some more. so I ended up splitting my wife’s chicken thumbs with her. the server came to see if everything was ok. I said no. just a very bad experience this time. she did refill our tea. which was probably the highlight of our dinner. I asked for a to go box for the pizza and I also ordered two peanut butter cups to go with no ice cream. guess what came out with those. the fella that brought them to us said ’ I hope you live close, it’s hot so the ice cream will melt fast’.man how come this crew can’t get one thing right. but I guess it was the manager who brought the check. He apologized and gave the lame tired excuse of they got new cooks training in the kitchen. well why would you train them to think making mistakes is ok. where I am from. you make it nice or you make it twice. bottom line. then he said he took a dessert off my bill. why you insulting me like that? I got a $ 85 check here that I didn’t enjoy anything but the chicken thumbs and fries and tea. but you gonna take off a dessert that you still didn’t fix.(they actually put ghe ice cream on top of the dessert so I had a mess by the time I got home. As much as I love UNOs, this one left a foul memory. when you guys get it together please let me know. I would love to revisit.

Last time I went to UNO, it was in Chicago at the original location… I had no idea it would take so long; we got blitzed on Grolsch while waiting, then couldn’t finish more than 2 slices… Bloated and belligerent, we found our way back to the hotel but not before sharing the remainder of our still-hot pizza with a very grateful dude on the street. The deep dish here is every bit as tasty and filling but made much faster. Kids make their own… that’s a big hit with them.

Best deep dish pizza, and drink specials all day and you can’t beat the half price apps in the bar

Our pizza was awesome! The drinks were so good! And our appetizers were cheap and delicious. But the best part of eating at Uno was the service. We had this amazing server in the bar area yesterday named Jimmy. He was very knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful as well. He went above and beyond to make sure not only is, but everyone in his section happy with their dining experience. Thank you so much for your hard work jimmy! Keep up the great work!

We’ve dined in and ordered out from this location numerous times and have always had the best service and delicious food. I love their curb side service when you go to pick up your food too!

Shockingly good experience, dont listen to the reviews! The food, flavor, atmosphere was very pleasing, much to be desired, presentation of the food was Excellent. The shop was both clean and tidy, having plenty seating. The hostess/waitress was attentive at all times. Staff members there greeted us in/out when we left. The food was more than filling, loved all the dishes thus far. We will certainly be returning soon and would recommend this facility. My husband and I loved this place and will be returning!

Not good the pizza was doughy and just not good and my mom got pizza to and we both took one bit and did not eat the rest. I got a simple no cheese pizza with just sauce.

Not sure why this restaurant received a low rating. I had a great experience. Everything was fresh, fast and service excellent. Had the Numero Uno and a lunch Cobb salad. Not many UNO’s left around the country. This chain needs to stay open!

My husband and I almost didn’t come to this place because of the reviews but we decided to try it for ourselves. We ordered the Shrimp and Crab dip as and appetizer and it was DELICIOUS. I ordered the Shroom pizza and it was DELICIOUS. My husband ordered the grilled chicken and brown rice and he said it was DELICIOUS. He also ordered a pizza to go and said later that it was GREAT! Sara was our server and she was so polite. The managers were so great and polite! Will be going back or even ordering takeout!

I’ve eaten at the original as well as this one in Columbia. The original is definitely better than the chain! That being said, I prefer NY style pizza. The day I ate here, I had to special request pizza as it was not on their lunch menu that day. How does a restaurant known for pizza, not have pizza on their lunch menu? Beats me!

If you like Uno’s(and I do!) this is a good location. We usually hang out in the bar area where there are often regulars and the service has been very good in my experience. If you don’t know if you like Uno’s you probably do. I mean it’s deep dish pizza so it’s like a billion calories, but delicious and worth it.

A basic pizza and food place. Our server Hannah was great and helpful. Unfortunately, the kitchen made a mistake with my dish, but Hannah acknowledged the mistake and the general manager went above and beyond with the mistake. I will certainly come back because good service is hard to find.

Let me start this off by saying I’ve been to the original Uno in Chicago. We came in here on a Sunday with pretty limited expectations and ended up really enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent and our food was good. As for the deep dish, it actually wasn’t too far off from what you would get in Chicago at the original Uno. My favorite deep dish will always remain Lou Minaldi’s but they’re all very close. The bar looked really cool too and will return in the fall for some football watching. Definitely will return on occasion!

This restaurant is okay. Our server seemed confused and new. The fries were cold. They ended up bringing us another batch of fries. That was better. Refills came a little late. But at least the server asked that time. I didn’t understand why he wouldn’t give me my honey mustard. He explained but it was a odd reason. He seemed stressed. The server was still nice. At the end he asked if the sandwich was good. It was. The wifi started working mid meal. Over all, we can try this again but this experience wasn’t the best.

We had a great experience there. We order their double deep dish takeout special. Everything went well. The order was ready at exactly the time they said to be. the People at the pickup window warmly greeted me and checkout was speedy. The pizzas were warm and crisp when we opened the boxes at home. My son liked the Italiano very much. We enjoyed Chicken/spinach.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. I had never been before and decided to check it out. I knew it was a chain and even the décor had me expecting OK food and service that would be on par with places like Applebee’s or Chili’s. I was wrong! The service was outstanding, our waiter was pleasant and friendly, had real suggestions and opinions about the menu items, and was extremely attentive. The food was way better than I expected too. I got a veggie burger and fries while my bf had a regular burger. His was juicy and cooked perfectly and mine was flavorful and not rubbery at all. The buns were also something to rave about, they were obviously fresh, toasted and soft. The manager come by our table to check in and he did it with everyone else we saw in there. It makes such a difference to see an active, participating management in a restaurant, unfortunately that is somewhat of a rarity these days. They surpassed my expectations and set themselves apart from other chain-like restaurants in my mind.

Well, we got tired of all the other Pizza places and decided to give Uno’s another chance since our last review. We told our neighbors that each time we got there the pizza’s not hot enough and were told by management to have them cook it 1 ½ times the normal cooking time(as I said in my last review). Nothing’s changed. All is still the same — we ordered the Uno Pizza with mushrooms, onions, pepperoni. Sausage on half. Told them to cook it 1 ½ times the normal length. The pizza still could be warmer! But I must say, the flavor of the cheese and the sauce is still great. We took it home and reheated the leftovers in the toaster oven for lunch the following day. It’s even better than what it was at the restaurant. So, I’m upping my review to 4 stars with the *asterisk that you need to have them cook it longer to get it hotter. Can’t beat the taste.

Food was great.. server brought no refill the whole hour we were here. The server had an attitude… Did not smile the whole time. Won’t be coming back.

Wasn’t that bad for vegetarian. Went with a group of 8 vegetarians and food was good enough. Had different options…

He said: It’s Uno. Place smelled a bit weird that visit. Fun-doo was ok, not brilliant. I enjoyed the pizza, but it’s a big greasy pizza, how hard is it to make that tasty? She said: The food was good. The service was excellent! Our waiter recommended the Shrimp and Crab Fun-Doo appetizer. It was good, but I wasn’t crazy about it.
