Tim’s Touch Flowers & Gifts

I called Tim’s Touch Flowers & Gifts when I needed flowers recently for a funeral. Oh my, his design exceeded all my expectations! Great Florist & will always call him when I need flowers. You will be happy if you choose him as well!

I order flowers from here for a business associate in the area. This is something I do a lot, and I used to work in the flower business, and I’m pretty picky about service and quality.
In this case I was very, very happy on both counts. I dealt with Tim, and he was a pleasure — both knowledgeable and courteous. And the flowers were excellent — I got a photograph in a thank-​you email from the person I sent them to and they looked great. Like I said I used to work in the business and these were very good.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered from them over the phone, based on a photograph of the model bouquet shown on their website — nice, lush, beautifully arranged. I live out of state, so the recipient kindly took a photo of the bouquet when she received it; good thing she did! Not only was it dinky, it was ugly too. It had the same flowers as shown in the photograph, but not nearly as many of them and not well-​arranged at all. To add insult to injury, when we called to complain, the owner got in a shouting match with us, called us «assholes» and hung up. I had told the salesperson when I ordered that I was from out of state, and they probably thought they could take advantage of us. It was horrible, from the shoddy product to the incredibly rude customer «service».
